From experience, I know, working in a restaurant is hard and stressful which is why, whenever I order. I try not to make it too stressful. I figured ordering a different sauce on my sandwich would not be that bad. But apparently it was a problem and got charged for the sauce I wanted then whenever I ordered an iced coffee with extra French vanilla in it, I get a cup that’s not even mixed.
And then, I was like, I’m going to give it the benefit of a doubt maybe it’ll taste good and what do ya know it tastes like burnt old coffee or like somebody stuck a cigarettes in it. This isn’t the first time here either but it is also the nearest place to get a coffee that I work. I did not appreciate the service whenever the guy opened up.The window he just basically threw the food at me, didn’t even give me my drink at first so I sat at the window until he came back and was wondering why I was still sitting there. I let him know that I was waiting on my iced coffee. No sorry no emotion whatsoever just didn’t care. With the reviews i’ve seen on this mcdonald’s.I don’t understand why they’re not shut down.Yeah, it would suck because it’s where I get coffee but the coffee sucks. I really do hope that my message is heard and y’all fix it or hire somebody that’s will want to actually work and make a good impression. So far in my experience with McDonald’s, this is the worst McDonald’s ever.

Got wrong order and didn’t check bag until after pulling away. Upon realizing brought the bag back in and was given the food we received for free and double what we ordered on top. Lillian, manager I assume was a great help. Outstanding customer service.

Check your coffee’s. I ordered a large Caramel latte. Not only are the bottoms of the cups now receded but when I went to take a drink there was over an inch and a half of empty space inside of the cup.

My son and I stopped in this location. For a moment. We were greeted by wonderful, friendly and attentive staff! The lobby was clean. Everyone was professional, helpful & friendly. A wonderful amazing worker named Janice. Was helpful, amazing and awesome. Folks if your ever in Canton. Stop by this location. Stop in and ask for Janice! She goes the distance, such a lovely woman. I’ve ordered here countless times. Multiple times food has been wrong or just not given to me. Last night I ordered for delivery and the dasher arrived to the store and texted telling me that the workers were playing around and saying they didn’t care if my order was wrong. When I received ny order I was missing items. I told the dasher thank you for telling me and made sure to give her a great review. The workers are immature and don’t care about their job. If they dint want to do what they are being paid to do they need to quit or be fired.

I went to this McDonald’s for the first time for lunch today. My husband dropped me off so I could order my food while he went to get his food somewhere else. When I got inside, I wanted to use the bathroom first. I noticed it was locked, so I waited a few minutes outside, thinking someone was in there. Then a crew member came up to me and told me I needed to order food before I could use the bathroom.
I looked at him, confused, because I’ve never had that issue at any other McDonald’s. I explained that I wasn’t from the area and didn’t know that was a rule. I also told him I wanted to use the restroom before ordering because I didn’t want my food sitting unattended while I was in the bathroom since I was alone. He then very rudely said, “That’s not how it works here,” and walked away. I was left wondering why he had to be so mean.
I went ahead and placed my order, and they made my food super fast—it was ready as soon as I finished paying. I asked another crew member if I could leave my food at the counter while I used the bathroom. She was very kind, showed me where to leave it, and even gave me the restroom key.
When I finally got into the bathroom, it was dirty and smelled awful .
I walked out right away, grabbed my food, and waited outside for my husband to pick me up. The fries were old and cold.
Never coming back to this location.

Interesting location… you have business professionals from working in downtown Canton stopping in and then you have people from the streets of Canton. Just an interesting mix. Employees seem to work hard and take thier jobs serious. They don’t put up with loitering and I saw them tell a guy just sitting to order and leave. I think that’s a good thing and important because they would have lots of people just hanging out and would deter good regular customers. The food was on point. That’s all.

This is the second time I have had an issue at this location! The first time I let it go because people can have bad days, but today they once again forgot a fry and when my Boyfriend walks in to politely tell them we need another fry they are laughing and calling him she!!!! I am appalled, this was the last straw.
