I want to start off by saying maddy/maddie girl you are an absolute blessing, youre actually doing gods work!
its currently 9:21pm and not even five minutes after my husband and i got home, i ran to type this review. The cone this girl gave me was to die for, it was smashed in all its goodness in a plastic cup filled to the brim topped with a beautiful pristine cone. i couldn’t even wait to get home , we didn’t even leave the parking lot before it was gone.
the iced caramel coffees, oh my lord, they are the BEST iced coffees we’ve ever had from a mcdonald’s in all the years we’ve gone there. it’s absolutely fire, it’s beautiful and just scrumptious, my eyes indulged before my stomach even could.
best late night munchies in history.

Just got $25 of food and drinks and not any of it was edible. The people working had a bad attitude and we didn’t feel safe, so we couldn’t say anything, and even if we did I don’t trust that they wouldnt have made it worse. The burgers were hard and disgusting. The fries were old. The chicken nuggets were stale. They didn’t put any ice in the drink that was flat and gross anyways. I’m not one to be picky but man $25 down the drain

Literally I’ve worked fast food myself for 4 years and my brother in law works at McDonald’s just not this one n we sat in the drive thru by speaker waiting for someone to say something for 10 minutes and then tries saying hello and nothing then when we drove around to leave and go to the one on trump I saw the person literally in there phone mind you there were 3 cars behind us in line too..it’s infuriating and everytime I stop I try to be as nice as possible bc again I’ve worked fact food I get the stress but someone always gotta catch a attitude for no reason just weird energy..

My food is never made fresh even when I take it back in because the meat is dark and dry they will lie and say it’s fresh they never make it right. Depending on who is working some of the crew has really poor customer service attitudes. There is a young man who is always very polite and cheerful when order taking and then another lady with tattoos and a ponytail she is always so friendly and then a young girl at the second window who wears glasses is a sweetheart but just a few of them maybe need to re think their workplace. Also they never tell you when its going to be a wait for something they just pull you and have you waiting for awhile ans that’s often at least give me the option if I have time to wait.

The staff were exceptionally nice. Maybe too much so because they got distracted easily. The cashier was being extra friendly and when I went to pay for my sweet tea she told me it was $1. So I put my change back in my pocket and just gave her paper bills.
We continued talking until I heard her counting out change so I interrupted that I had the change…… When I gave her a dime she gave me $9.03…… But I had only given her a $5. In the background a girl was asking everyone where the flurry spoons were and no one was answering. So she was fruitless searching for them while a few more workers just carried on.
The cashier then walked away without saying anything and without giving me a cup. And when I asked someone else if I could get one they were obviously confused. It turns out that they have to get the sweet tea for you because it isn’t left out with the fountain drinks to get for yourself. This is additionally frustrating when you have to wait in line a second time to get a refill and they only take one order at a time.
Overall, the service was slow and the staff seems very disorganized. By the way the cashier was talking to everyone I would assume she was actually the manager but you couldn’t tell because everyone was wearing hoodies or what I would call “street clothes”. I’ve honestly never been to a McDonald’s before where it seemed to have a lack of dress code.

The dayshift is OK however this Night Shift keeps getting worse and worse! Myself along with everyone else and that drive-through was waiting more than 5 mins for food, and at that by time we get our food it’s hard as a rock. We took it back and It was worse than before. The attitudes they give make it kind of intimidating to even eat it after taking it back. So despite the 20 mins total in eating I don’t understand why this McDonald’s hasn’t looked into wasted products and drive thru times or even fixed night management. I hate this McDonald’s! Gotta do better Mickey ds
