Stopped here to grab a quick lunch. Food was hot but also ordered a milkshake. It wasn’t a milkshake. The girl tried to give me basically milk with whip cream on top. I asked her why was it like that and got attitude. Got told its machine made. I refused to take it. Pretty sure if a cop was not behind me she would had thrown it at my car. The first window refused to give me a recipt and pretty sketchy about my card. I will be watching for any funny charges that might pop up. Next time I will go somewhere else. Not expecting gourmet food but definitely didnt need the attitudes.

K I just came from this place like this every freaking time I go. This time it was the rudest of all time. The lady hand me my bag I asked to ketchup ahe like WHAT I said ketchup please. Took over 10 mins to get our order. We were the only ones in the place so they weren’t even busy. Workers were rude. And the order was just completely wrong. Not one single order was correct. Even the nuggets were off in number. They even had the audacity to put the order sheets over all the burgers when wrapping when it wasn’t right. They specifically put things on the burger we didn’t order. And didn’t put anything on the burger we did order. The only thing right about them was the fact they had a patty on them. They put in more work just to get it wrong. How incompetent can these workers be?

Will constantly make you wait in the drive thru line, or inside, there’s no middle ground. They will ask you to wait at the speaker for 5-25 minutes almost every time. Will 7/10 get something wrong with your order. Or will treat you like you are the problem, not their service (if you can even call it that). Ive known multiple people to get banned from the store just for saying that the service or attitude they give is unprofessional (Bailey, the manager, is actually the one to do such things to paying customers, who try to give respect but dont receive it). Ive spent more time waiting on food from here than I have enjoying eating it.

Had a lady with blue hair open the second window we had to go up to after 5 minutes of waiting at the first, snap our approximate total at us (which she did get right) and then had the gall to try and argue with my partner about the first window. Then when we tried to check the order in the drive thru, the manager who was out of uniform tried to rush us out.

I ordered a diet coke and a caramel frappe in the drive through and it took almost 20 minutes to get my order. They had me pull up to the 3rd window and there were no other customers inside or behind us I do not know why it took so long for 2 drinks.

Stopped going to this location entirely after 4-5 times in a row, being asked wait for at least 15 minutes, and then getting cold food. One of the times, I was one of three cars, still had a super long wait, still got terrible food. If I want McDonald’s I drive past this one to get to a location that’s not consistently always terrible.

We have been waiting for 35 mins for food. 4 cars that ordered after us got food before us. They gave our food to a car parked two spaces away. Didn’t check order numbers had to find someone to tell, now we are waiting for a remake. Gave us unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. Cars still leaving with their food while we wait. Shut it down, its not fast food, no customer service, no organization. It’s a joke.
