Don’t give fast food five stars. This McDonald’s better than most locations. Please stop over stuffing the bags, the rip everytime. When busy please allow fryer oil to heat up fully to allow fries fully cook. The morning and day shift is amazing just need change few things.
McDonald has made burgers patties so small and charge more is no longer affordable. This every McDonald’s now. The same price combo I can go to Chili’s and get fries combo and an appetizer, drink and desert for the same price if not cheaper and have a bigger burger and more items.
The only reason why sometimes I’ll swing through a McDonald’s it’s due to limited time and convenience. I will not order kids meals cause prices to high and toys are horrible. Where hot wheels, Barbie’s and Disney toys similar to ones in 90s and 00s.
Bring back chicken selects, salads(shake salads) and cheese/bacon fries!

I get it was busy waited about 15-20mins for food,the food was trash the fries were soggy and cold! The burgers were terrible I took one bite and was like what is wrong with this it has no taste is it missing the patty? I open the sandwich up to find that the patty was very burnt! I ended up not eating it because it was so disgusting! The only good thing was the coke which isn’t to hard to mess up! I would give it a zero because spending $10 on some trash food is crazy!

I’ve never seen anyone so slow before. Stopped to get my kids food during a football game and they took absolutely forever to get the order together. On top of a 20 minute wait, they messed the order up. I will not stop here again in the future.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant. The staff here are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I placed an order through DoorDash, spent my money expecting to receive what I paid for, and not only did my order come out completely wrong, but when I tried to call the McDonald’s location directly to politely sort it out, I was met with nothing but hostility. The worker I spoke to didn’t just brush me off – they actually cussed me out over the phone instead of offering any kind of help or solution. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was shocking and disrespectful. As a paying customer, no one deserves to be spoken to like that. I will never order from this location again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it if you don’t want to be treated poorly.

I understand that this McDonald’s is understaffed, but it’s getting worse by the day. The drive thru on Saturday had 6 cars waiting for food, and forget about going in to order. No one even notices that people are waiting. I think it comes down to not managing properly. Most of the time it is just kids in there but there is no direction.

When i spend 25 dollars on burgers and asked to pull up with absolutely no cars in the drive through I expect my food to be correct. This is absolutely sad. Please do better because last week we got stale fries and cold burgers.

If I could give this place zeros stars I would. Since when did drive thru mean park and wait 10 minutes??? Terrible staff can’t even make a burger in 10 minutes.. would add photos but I didn’t end up getting it, I will never spend a dime there again.

This McDonald’s is disgusting. The food always comes out late or worse, you may not even get it!! Never coming back. Probably the worst in the country honestly. Ordered a Mcfrappe and it was soup. The place is a pig sty. As if they haven’t cleaned under the tables since they opened.

I called to inform the store that I went through the drive through, had to wait almost 10 minutes for chicken strips, ordered the fingers, and didn’t get a receipt. Only to get home to a cold big mac. They forgot the ketchup and her words were, ” why are you calling?” I wanted to encourage them to make sure all food is prepared at the same time. I can go back to pick up a replacement. but do I really want to???? Attitude can make or break business.
