The atmosphere is a 3 because they seem to find it funny to close 30 minutes early and ignore customer calls afte, also don’t try to call the next day and get a refund because even though the employees ignored your call, this restaurant claims that without proof of a call you can’t get a refund, very horribly ran establishment and places like this need to get a new crew. Pathetic.

Waited 20 minutes in line, no biggy….I wanted the Grinch meals and didn’t want to go inside cause I was already in my comfy clothes. Go to order and they are out of grinch salt and big Mac’s. Ok…get a chicken nugget Grinch meal and I decide to just get the MC crispy meal instead. (I don’t like their nuggets) Pay and grab my food and I parked to check my order, cause it’s busy and I wanted to make sure our orders were correct. Neither bag had our large fries. So I go in with both bags and the receipt. The dude behind the counter asked what I wanted rudely and I politely told him that they forgot both my large fries. He then very rudly states he bagged my orders and knows he put them in….basically saying I was a thief/lier! I told him he could look in the bags, there was zero evidence of the fries, you know like the extras that fall out, salt, grease. He then says you can have medium fries but not large like I had paid for! I said but I didn’t get fries and paid over 20 bucks for 2 meals! He then throws the 2 medium fries into my bags angrily, they dump all over in the bags and storms off. I just left in absolute shock! I’ve never been treated like this! If I wanted to be a thief, it wouldn’t be for their subpar fries. I’d have said they forgot my dang sandwich. I can handle the mistakes but to be rude and accusing me of theft is unforgivable.

I dont know what is wrong with this location in particular, but this is like the third time I have showed up AN HOUR after opening and been told that they weren’t finished opening and couldn’t take orders yet. And since I use the app to get deals, I have already paid for the order (and they wont refund it until they finish opening), so you have to sit there and wait half an hour until they manage to get open. Like, I can understand bad weather slowing down the opening process occasionally, but this is the THIRD time of them opening over an hour late, and only one of those had any weather issues to speak of.

I went here today with my kids. Every single table was filthy. Only a few other customers going through the drive thru and picking up orders. Zero other people inside for the hour that I was there. Couldn’t sit in the kids area because it was gross. Sat while my kids played for an hour and listened to the manager bad mouth the employees and customers without doing anything more than taking one walk in order. Waited for far too long to just simply pay for my order because the kiosk card machine wasn’t working. Had to raise my voice to get the manager “that was just standing in one spot running his mouth” to let me pay. He in turn yelled for someone else to run my card. As we left he went to the door and vaped just outside the door of the customer entrance and drive thru area. Felt very bad for the employees, they shouldn’t be treated that way by a supervisor! A women came in complaining of cold fries from the drive thru and they acted like it was a huge deal to remake her fries.

They were very quick to get our food to our table. Everything was hot, fresh, and correct. The cashier was very kind and interacted with my toddler which impressed me, I wish I knew his name so I could brag about him. He didn’t have on a hat so I assume he was part of management.

Terrible service. The only nice employee there is this one girl that always works the drive thru. The rest of the employees sound and look like they absolutely hate their life and the food is ALWAYS cold. Every single time I go there. One time me and my husband went there, we went inside to order, and his cup was sticky and gross and so I asked this guy for a new cup, as it was behind the counter and I couldn’t reach it. And he looked at me like he was extremely offended. Super rude. I am not the type of customer to complain about wait times, low staff, etc. but the fact that they care so little about their customers that they will serve them a burger and fries that tastes like it was made hours ago, and give them death glares is something I’ll definitely warn other people about when it comes to any establishment.

It’s fast food nothing to get excited about. It’s convenient, ok to eat, and the prices definitely aren’t worth for what you get. The guy at the drive in window was more concerned bs with an employee instead of letting us pay.

Traveling through Amish country stopped at this McDonald’s 8/3/25 2:30 pm. Bathroom was horrendous. No trash can. Trash on floor. One stall was unusable. One male employee was very rude to young woman working the register and then proceeded to give the finger to someone at the drive thru area. Except for the young woman at the register the front employee was very rude. We will not stop at this McDonalds again.

The sign on the door says the dining room opens at 6 am at 6:05 the doors were locked and the staff completely ignored me as I walked around the building… if you can’t tell time then don’t work an opening shift
