I choose McDonalds because it most often has the same quality, cleanliness and service for a quick break on trips or between adventures around lunch or dinner if necessary for a meal. Hence all my reviews for McDonald’s locations, soon to be across the country! The Hartville McDonald’s was perfect. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Quality service and food. No drink machine, but the staff was quick and attentive to get our waters. She was so kind, she even asked if we placed our order. Always use the app with tableside service. Really disappoints when our meal isn’t brought to the table, but today they delivered. Chicken nuggets and my Big Mac was made perfect. Great stop between the park and headed to mini golf! Just before leaving the girl saw Kyle looking at Happy Meal toys and she kindly gave him a second after another little girl gave him hers before she left.

Stopped in last night and they had a young man working the counter. Typically the service at this location is spotty however this young man went out of his way to take care of the guests.

Worst Big Mac meal I have ever had. See the picture of the burger and the fries were soggy and cold. Shamrock shake was just as bad. If you are charging that much for meals, it better be good. I will never go back to Hartville McDonalds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THAT STORE.

The food was not to bad but everything else was the worst I’ve seen from mcdonald’s. They do not have the station set up to get your own pop. Guessing it’s to detour from refills. So I had to wait about ten minutes for my drink. No station for ketchup but at least the fries were fresh. But the reason of one star is the restroom. It is worse then any outhouse I have ever seen. The smell hits you the second you open the door. Just a mess inside and looks like no real cleaning has been done for a long time. Makes me wonder how bad the kitchen is. Eat here at your own risk.

This is a really nice and clean McDonald’s however I do not like that they took the drink towers out so when you want to drink refill you have to go up to the front counter and get the attention of one of the workers in order to get a refill.

I get unsweetened tea. In the past years they would mess up and give me sweet tea which I cannot stand. This one always gets it correct and are not offended when I ask , not this is unsweetened lol

I’m giving 5 stars because your signs are always lit up right up until close, employees are nice and the line moves fast. Taco Bell and Wendys who are right across the street from you need to trained by your management!

Tables are dirty, floor is dirty. Its11:30 in the morning. At least wipe down the tables and chairs. Because of the morning light you can see the residue from the previous occupants.

I came just to get a large coke as the McDonald’s brand is famous for great coke. Was disappointed that their auto drink machine wasn’t filling the cups to the top. I found out they don’t let the coke quality technicians do their work here. If you gaze behind the counter you can see stickers that say “Ken’s Coke do not touch” on the machines. No wonder the cokes aren’t filling all the way if they don’t let the Coca Cola technicians touch their machines. The coke still tasted alright though.

This McDonald’s is near my house so I usually stop there and get something to drink on my way to work. Never been charged for an ice water until today. Unlike every other day the cashier tells me I have to pay one dollar for a Ice water and then had the nerve to be rude and hold his hand on his hip and held hand out expecting me to pay for a small ice water. I put the cup of water in his hand and said thanks for the one drink.
