I don’t see how we could possibly give more than one star for service when at McDonald’s we now have to work for no pay. I truly hate this self checkout, self order garbage. And when the employees are getting paid $15 an hour and all of a sudden my meals cost $30 you think maybe they’d be on point once in awhile. I have it overall 3 because it’s clean and even when messed up… Food is still always tasty

Order was sooooo messed up. Bacon mcdouble was just a mcdouble. Both hamburger were made wrong. Large fries were only half full. No onions sandwich had onions. Just bad service. Poor quality food. Burgers were burnt.

Ordered a bacon double cheese burger (paid full price)and then saw on their reader board that there is a bogo $1 special on that sandwich. I called them and told JESSICA the shift manager that I didn’t see the sign till I left and asked if I could come back and get the second one for a dollar. JESSICA told me that there was absolutely nothing she could do and that I should have seen the signs before I ordered . I felt like they should have told me about the special when I ordered or at least let me pay the difference and get the deal when I called and asked for it.
