The speed of the drive thru always confuses me. When your food takes too long, they move you to the parking lot so their numbers look better. They move you primarily to maintain high speed-of-service, keeping their average timer metrics low for corporate, and to prevent the line from backing up.
But it just seems like it takes longer. If I waited for a few minutes before I could order, then waited a few more minutes to get to the window, why should I have to wait to pick it up?
Was the food good? Yes.
So, I guess that makes up for it.
But I still get frustrated when it takes “too long.”

This place is beautiful inside. Nice friendly clean…. The kiosk doesn’t print receipts which is odd…or maybe they were out of paper. But a great place good food and reasonably priced

Worst McDonald’s in the area
Every order is wrong, they walk away from window by the time you check it. Have to park and walk in and it takes forever to fix it. Food quality is awful and service is average. Not mean just not nice either like they hate their lives working there. Go to Western reserve or Canfield locations. So much better

Terrible! I only returned to this McDonald’s because a colleague of mine wanted McDonalds. They had already messed my order up last month. BUT this order right here made my stomach turn. I took a bite of my Double Quarter Pounder with bacon/cheese and it was not done at all. DISGUSTING!

I wish I could give 0 stars. We placed an online order using the mobile app and points on the app. This is the 5th time we had to cancel our free order from using points and pay. The crew members seemed as they were so high they couldn’t function and if they weren’t too high to function they were screaming about me and my order. This place is a joke and those crew members need fired.

Slowest McDonald’s ever. Ate in. Waited 10 minutes for my order. Fries were cold. Wanted a refill on my soda. Machine inside the restaurant was broken, no surprise. Waited at the counter for several minutes. No one was there. Never coming back to this one.

The employees just talking rather than giving me a reciept, looking at me through the first window and just pulling out a phone rather than engaging with me at all. Horrible people to deal with in the fast food industry. The food was average for what it is
