Would rate lower then one star if that was possible.
Still mess up the easiest order, I ask extra pickle and extra onions, was told only way be remade if I bring back food and not waisting my gas to go back and was told the close at 1am way lady sound over phone might close sooner then that plus longest wait time ever. Plus no refund option only way was bring my food back even tho I be back in area couple hours late, other location all I need was receipt and they remake it nope there no option for that one, be honest place need close down and new staff and management and proper professional training

Hands down the worst fast food in the area. Food is always sub par. It seems like nothing is ever made fresh. Just not a good experience last time I went there I had to wait 8 minutes for a chicken sandwich wish they could of told me there would be a wait otherwise id order something else. Don’t recommend the McDonald’s on mahoning Ave is much nicer

employees are always so kind and accommodating. i appreciate still being able to get breakfast stuff cutting it close to the end of breakfast time. everyone is always nice regardless of what time of day i go. they definitely don’t get treated as well as they should be. all of them deserve better

Didn’t have several items that we wanted and that were shown on the menu. Wouldn’t pull the menu up until we ordered at least one item. The lady said the menu will not show till we order at least one item and there’s nothing she can do about it. Clearly someone needs to be trained again and while they’re getting trained perhaps learn some customer service. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonalds.

Someone I know ordered for me on my phone to this location knowingly knows I don’t go here anymore but accidentally did and usually I get a REFUND when I don’t claim my online order, right? Not this time! The McDonalds manager said to call my bank and my bank denied my my dispute and McDonalds has no answer but repeating it’s my bank that took the money. There is a charge for the order and I didn’t get the food but paid for it. It’s do doubt the employees made the food and stole it. That’s the only way to be charged is that they made the food. Yet, the manager has no clue. NO REFUND! NO FOOD! NO ANSWERS! NO SOLUTION FROM MCDONALDS! NO HELP FROM THE FRANCHISE OWNER!THE BANK! NO DISTRICT MANAGEMENT AVAILABLE!

9/2024 – Ordered a Big Mac and it came soaked. Manager was rude and would refund and remake it for free. The place was filthy and waited 15 minutes with cars being pulled over for their food. This owner is stupid with hiring here! Kids guys coughing in the back horsing around! Disgusting! Ohio is gross!
It’s disgusting that we work just like McDonald’s employees and they continue to not gaf about the freshness and getting everything you’ve paid. I ordered 3 French fries and the fries were hard that I couldn’t even bite it. The ice cream was off white and had to tell them the rest of the order. Please don’t let them give you food like this especially paying $30+ for food.
So it’s 7/26 today and the order taker was ridiculous she couldn’t do her job right, and I didn’t get my cheeseburger, or receipt.The beef patties are too small for the Bic Mac bread!

Waited 10 minutes for a quarter pounder. Only one in the drive thru and the manager was on the phone complaining she was slammed. She told another employee she closed the doors before closing time. I went home called and was hung up on complaining my burger was cold and drove back before it closed. Got my refund. You can see the cheese never melted on a hot/ warm burger on the way home. Gross!

If you want to make a mobile breakfast order then proceed to wait in line for 10 min in the drive thru without it moving along. Then decide to try and go inside just to be greeted and helped by no one. then decide to go back into the drive thru, only to end up waiting behind the guy at the speaker for 20 min while you wait for someone to take his order, then have to cancel your order because they switch to lunch and never actually get to the speaker. This is the place for you. Possibly the worst McDonald’s in the area. The employees are the absolute worst. Go to salt-springs rd location. The one up on Mahoning sucks too.

I never receive the milk with the happy meal, sauces are never in the bag and when I order a McChicken with pickles they give me literally a single pickle chip. I always have to check my orders before leaving and make another trip inside or the drive thru and when I ask for it to be fixed, the employees try to justify their mistakes.

I was third in line for 20 minutes while the only 2 workers came from behind the dumpster area from smoking to finally wait on people. I understand that they may be understaffed but that is beyond ridiculous. They should’ve had closed for the moment signs or something stating they will be back soon instead of having 4-5 cars in line waiting to be serviced.

Not only does the workers have horrible attitudes towards their customers (especially night crew), but this company doesn’t allow you to get a large water from the fountain as your drink for your meal…what a joke…I’ve been to many McDonald’s my whole life and that’s never been an issue. This place is ran by a bunch of people that have no clue what they are doing. If you prefer rude customer service over proper And to waste your time when you’re trying to get in and out and you, then this is where you should go if not try a different McDonald’s , one that will appreciate you as a customer and won’t keep you waiting at the register past 10 minutes to take your order I was the only one in the store and my order was never taken.
