I usually go through the drive thur for the $5 breakfast meal deal. It’s a nice price and you get a sausage, cheese, egg McMuffin, one hash brown and coffee. The drivethur service is pretty good. This time I went inside to order take out. The lady behind the register didn’t greet me, ignored me until I said something. She could have something like, hello, I’ll be with you in a minute. She wasn’t busy. She finally took my order but she said I had to have a soda, because coffee doesn’t come with the breakfast meal deal. I was surprised and said,’ look at the picture of it on your display, it shows coffee.’ She said I had to pick a soda. I said I don’t drink soda and I want the breakfast deal with the coffee it comes with. Then, she went and poured the coffee. When I got home, I found that she only poured a HALF of a cup of coffee. It made me very angry. The lady that did that was not in a McDonald’s uniform. She was older, like 75ish. She looked like she could have been a franchise owner or manager. But she was very rude.

Drone Life
Only 3 stars for food because…well, it’s McDonald’s. Since I’m not 6 and buying a Happy Meal, the golden arches aren’t my first choice. HOWEVER, I did go through the drive-thru very late night (for a happy meal for my daughter and lunch for my girlfriend) and the younger lady at the drive-thru window appeared to be very visibly exhausted, but she was the absolute most professional and courteous McDonald’s employees I’ve ever encountered!

If you like to wait longer than what you need to and you like to be treated like garbage, this is the place for you. Was told to wait when i was at the drive through, then 2 people pulled up to the other side and they had their order taken before me. Then I pulled up to the window because they obviously forgot about me.Only to see two employee sitting there laughing, and they proceeded to talk for about twenty seconds before they acknowledged me with a very dry blunt phrase “What did you order”?

I gave them my drive through order code they abruptly and rudely told me to pull ahead and shut the window. Not even a fake apology for their error or my wait.
This behavior is consistent during after dinner hours, this place needs an employee conduct refresher.

I’ve been a regular customer at this McDonald’s for years and, until recently, I’ve had consistently good experiences with both staff and service.
Over the past year, however, the quality of service has declined significantly. I’ve tried to be patient and understanding — I know staffing shortages and training new employees can be challenging. Unfortunately, even with that in mind, the issues have become impossible to ignore.
On multiple occasions, I’ve waited 15–20 minutes for very simple orders. Tonight was especially frustrating. I stopped in just for a soda and a small fry, assuming it would be quick. It was not.
There was no one at the first window and no visible activity inside. After pulling to the second window, I waited several minutes before someone hurried over to take my card and hand me my drink. I was understanding and didn’t complain. However, I then waited an additional 10 minutes before someone came to the window and asked, “Can I help you?” — despite me already having paid and received part of my order. When I explained I was still waiting for my fries, the employee reacted with visible panic and walked away.
When I finally received the fries, they were cold.
What’s most concerning isn’t just the wait times — it’s the overall atmosphere. The staff appear overwhelmed, stressed, and unsupported. That reflects a deeper management issue, not an employee issue. Low morale and disorganization ultimately affect both workers and customers.
I don’t enjoy leaving complaints, especially for a location I’ve supported for years, but something clearly needs attention here. I hope management can address the underlying problems and improve both employee support and customer experience.

Ordered a plain ice cream sundae in a cup, paid and got up to the pickup window the girl said let check to see if the machine is working, why would you let me buy it then check if it’s working. So she comes back and says it’s not working and asked if I wanted something else, it was for my daughter and she only wanted ice cream so I said no and would just take a refund. She asked for my card but I told I used tap and didn’t have my wallet she said she would check with the manager and then she came back saying the machine is working and gave me this. I didn’t notice hoe gray it was until I pulled off from the window so I took it inside and she apologized and said she didn’t notice. I told her she might now want to give anyone else ice cream. I’m glad I was paying attention I could have gave this to my daughter. Picture does no justice on how gray it was with dark gray streaks throughout it

Was there as a doordash driver. This was the 3rd time that I’ve went there to pick up a delivery order that couldn’t be picked up. It took over 10 minutes to get anyone to acknowledge me then I was told that there wasn’t anyone working front counter so no one could give me the order. All stores owned by Kristen are being destroyed

Really? Ordered one double hamburger inside that was not on my drive thru order.
Went inside as thot it would be faster than going thru the drive thru again.
Ignored at the service counter. Went to the kiosk and reordered. 15 minutes later still waiting.
For 2 patties and a bun. Cars were flying thru the drive thru so am sure my order had come up.
Every time we go thru the drive thru something missed. So now I will examine my receipt and order while still at the windows and not drive up until I do so. It can’t be that hard. There were 2 people inside, eating.

Y’all need to get your shit together with your app. This is the second time I have been made to cancel a breakfast order that I made cause they won’t make it! Now I have to wait a week for my damn money back. I make the order at 10:17am. I get there at 10:25 to pick my my order and they tell me their systems automatically switch at 10:20 and they can’t bring up the mobile order even though the app says till 10:29 and the boards still all have breakfast on them. Don’t let people make an order your NOT GOING TO FILL! Why is this such a hard concept for y’all?

This place really just needs to close. 22 minute wait for dine-in. There were only 3 customers inside so it wasn’t even crazy busy. And the staff (including manager) are literally yelling at each other behind the counter in front of everyone. We only came to this location because of the construction on rt 46. Fast food is bad in general post COVID, but this place takes the cake!

Honestly its the best looking McDonald’s in the area but thats about it. Hot cakes were still frozen took them to counter stood there for a few minutes for some one to come to counters then waited almost 10 minutes for them to get me more. Dont recommend anyone come here.
