Usually decent service and food. I stopped at 5:50 am 8/15/23 and waited at the speaker for 5 minutes and nobody took my order. According to Google they are open 24 hrs. Looks like I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

I pulled up to the drive thru at around 11:30. No one greeted me and i thought “ok, they might be busy so I’ll just wait.” I waited for about 7-8 minutes before i said “hello? Anyone there?” And no response. So i decided the drive back around the building and try again. That’s when i noticed there were no cars in the parking lot other than the 6 waiting in line at the drive thru and they had the store shut down. This location is open 24 hours, I’ve been here after midnight plenty of times and the hours were confirmed by the business 5 days ago on google. Looks like all the employees just up and left. No sign on the door, nothing to tell people that they’re closed. I worked at a 24hr McDonalds for 4 years and we never closed like that. The only circumstance where we were allowed to close is when the power went out and their power was definitely on.

Was doing DoorDash orders and the first order they claimed they didn’t have and were rude about it. We got a second order for there and at first they told us they could only take cash then when we told them we had a DoorDash they said they couldn’t make it rudely because the systems are down. I get things happen and systems go down but to be rude about it when we are just trying to figure it out for the customer so they can get there order was not necessary and not except able and unprofessional.

If I could give no stars I would. I don’t understand how this company stays open. The quality has gone way down, the courtesy isn’t there AT ALL, and the prices are ridiculous.
