Wish I could leave 0 stars. I’ve went to this McDonald’s since I was a kid and up until a few years ago was good food and service. I try once a year or so in hopes that it’s improved and I’m always disappointed. All of the workers have an attitude, and you basically get your food thrown at you with no words exchanged. The food is never what you ordered and always a mess in the bag. I got snack wraps and they weren’t even the correct ones to start and literally wrapped wrong and completely open in the bag. Like, how?? It takes very little effort. John Perdue better start making some changes ♀️ everyone in this city is sick of this location and will tell you to avoid it.

I recently went to this McDonald’s and received a used nugget box. I opened my nuggets and under the nuggets was old ketchup. It was so gross. I threw the nuggets away. I also ordered on the app but it still took 27 minutes to receive my order. I can get over that because I know stuff happens but cleanliness is important in food service.

Absolutely ridiculous. We ordered 3 bacon quarter pounders. One was RAW. one was BURNT and the 3rd one was burnt as well. Called and talked to a manager, who asked me if I wanted a refund or my food replaced and told the manager I would like it replaced but i dont have a vehicle can i come tomorrow. He said yes. Went to get my food replaced the next day. And was told by a DIFFERENT manager that they couldn’t replace my food. Remind you. The day before I spent Over 15$ for food I didn’t get to eat WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AFTER THIS

Got 2 fillet o fish and they had a tiny bit of sauce the size of a dime on them. And they deserve more than 10 bucks an hour HaHaHaHaHa. Everytime here something isn’t right I’m done. Will drive further

Rarely stop at McDonalds and remember why. Large fry was barely half filled and the container wasn’t even fully opened on the bottom. 0 organization from staff. 1st person handed me my drink. 2 other employees tried to hand me another drink after waiting a bit in the drive thru then gave me an attitude when I said I already had my drink. Great job! Place hasn’t changed a bit!

The facility is mostly updated and maintained. But the service was off putting and rude, and the food was poorly made. When requested to remake one of the items after it looked like it was in someone’s fridge over night and reheated, I was mocked and told, “You bought a snack wrap.” The other one was obviously made fresh, so it is hard to contest that they were both made at the same time.

I swore I would never go back here, but I gave this location another try (actually 2 in the past 3 days). I attempted to order Shamrock shakes. Both times they tell me the shake machine is not working. Their shake machine is down even when it’s not Shamrock shake season! What is the problem with this McDonald’s? The owner should do some serious revisions to the way this place is run.

I’m really picky when It comes to onions. I despise them on a burger and it grosses me out when a stray one is in a sandwich. In this case I ordered double cheese burgers only ketchup and got ketchup and onion, but the onion was on the inside between the 2 patties, not just a stray either a bunch of them, which tells me they took previous made ones and reused them just flipping over the patty with the onion on it. Well it didn’t work because I noticed and was grossed out. I threw all of them away because they were all like that. I was already home and didn’t bother taking them back for a refund. I’ve been here a lot before like too often lol but I’ve only had this happen a couple times. Usually it’s fast friendly service. I just wanted to make this McDonald’s aware that there employees do this sometimes and it’s not good for business. How much time do you really save doing this.? Just make them fresh. Scrap the other ones. Not a big deal.

Employees need to be taught customer service skills because they have none. The food is hit or miss. Very long wait times in the drive thru.
