Newer McDonald’s in the heart of downtown. My order was fresh and hot and all made properly. The guy who handed me my food had no personality and barely spoke to me in spite of me asking questions.

The McDonald’s in Newton Falls is generally a good, reliable spot, though it can be a bit hit-or-miss with the food quality. Sometimes your order is perfect, and other times it’s clear it was put together in a major hurry and ends up being a bit of a sloppy mess. I have a lot of respect for the staff here, especially after seeing them work through some tough conditions. There was a summer where the AC was out for an extended time, and I felt terrible for the workers stuck in that heat. I’m not sure what the delay was on the repairs, but the crew really powered through it. Overall, the service is decent, and the owners seem okay, but I’d love to see more consistency in how the food is prepped!

opened bags and they forgot a whole quarter pounder & then a hamburger. what appeared to be a manager on march 5th at 10:00pm got a horrible attitude and yelled at us that it wasn’t in their “landing”. got home and opened my kids happy meals and sat it up and in both their 6 piece happy meals was 4 nuggets!!
didn’t know i’d have to also go through my kids happy meals and nugget boxes!

If patience were an Olympic sport, this McDonald’s would be the official training facility. I came through the drive-thru for a quick bite and accidentally committed to a full-day retreat. Bring snacks. And water. Possibly a sleeping bag.
The line moves at a pace best described as “continental drift.” I watched cars ahead of me age gracefully, form families, and question their life choices. At one point I started to wonder if they were growing the potatoes out back and waiting for them to mature.
Using this drive-thru is a great way to waste a day (yes, a full day). Got errands? Cancel them. Got plans? Not anymore. By the time you get your food, breakfast has become lunch and lunch has become dinner. If you told me one person was taking the orders and then making all of the food, that still wouldn’t accurately account for the amount of time spent waiting.
Food was fine. The existential crisis was complimentary. Would I return? Only if I’m trying to avoid my responsibilities.

For McDonald’s the employees were pleasant, and I believe they know that a “Welcome to McDonald’s” and a “Have a great day”, can and dose influence someone’s day. I also feel it reflects on their values and being a part of community. ( Many others deserve a review as much as they have and more . Tell someone)

Ordered my breakfast in the app and paid for it ahead of time. Arrived in the drive-through line at 10:15. At 11 o’clock I was one person away from the window. It took them 10 minutes so I just went inside and told them I needed them to make my food now in the lobby. It should not take over an hour for food that’s already been paid for to get through a drive-through line for breakfast. Don’t ever go here. Especially if you’re in a hurry.

I went during my lunch, and i spent 20 minutes waiting for a mobile order I made before I even came. All I got was a fry, cheeseburger and diet coke. The workers were rude and my cheeseburger didn’t even have cheese on it. I got my diet coke and it was flat because they waited to give it to me until it was flat. Rude service, messed up a very simple order, and I stood and waited at the counter the whole time without getting noticed by an employee.

Thank you for making a “pup cup” for my dog! Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be back — especially because the new Dunkin on Rt. 5 said they will not make pup cups.

While the employees are super nice & polite, the time in the drive thru is long and slow, if they receive the online orders as someone reaches the restaurant, someone should utilize “time management” skills and make portions of the order as the order comes in (for example chocolate chip cookies or an iced coffee drink) also the ice coffee should have a standard “recipe” one day it’s sweet the next it’s bitter (I get iced coffee a lot on my way to work)… overall this is a good restaurant and I do know fast food work is not easy….

Its sad that the food portions are smaller, and the prices are higher.
The hamburger patty is thinner, you taste more bread, than burger, I wonder what a big Mac looks like, not to mention the quarter pounder!
