This McDonald’s is horrible. Everytime we give it another chance, it further disappoints. Tonight we went through the drive-thru to get a Grinch meal and a quarter pounder with cheese. If I am going to pay $14 for a Grinch meal, I have a couple of expectations. (1) French fries and chicken nuggets need to be ‘burn my mouth HOT’ and (2) the hot mustard sauce needs to be in the box. I cracked into the box as soon as I got it so that I could enjoy the French fries before they got cold. Too late. They were partially cooked and appeared to have been sitting under the warmer light that had failed at its one purpose. The fries were not even lukewarm. They were inedible. The chicken nuggets were somewhat warmer, but by no means were they hot…not even close. They may have been edible had they had the hot mustard that was ordered but the mustard was not included in the very cute Grinch box. But at least I got the socks. Definitely would not recommend. My husband did not check his little bag before getting home. Instead of the quarter pounder he ordered he got the McDouble.

Very slow service. Came in to hear manager admonishing employees that the need to be quicker. We were waiting at the counter after struggling with the kiosk. On her way out the door to deliver food to someone parked in drive through, she told us “it will be a few minutes.” Delivered 2 more outdoor orders before helping us (inside customers).
The drink station was out of service (had to ask for refill at counter) & no napkins out for people to take as needed.
Bathrooms were clean, but one stall had a broken lock.

So this happened to my husband today he went out for lunch to the McDonald’s on salt spring road Girard and when he was finishing his fries he noticed garbage on the bottom ppl always check your food before eating at fast foods.

A LARGE Carmel Frape, a 6 piece nugget, and a mcdouble…
I got cheated on all my Monopoly pieces, and got a MEDIUM Frape instead of a Large.
Mid-day/night shift is cheating people out of Monopoly Pieces and has the WORST service..

Fries not cooked and not hot. Food tasted bad gave everyone stomach aches. Threw away half of the food so far. Two dinner boxes and two milkshakes $48. Also big mac burger patty looked ripped or bitten into.Milkshakes best thing so far. Might return to see if better months or a year from now. Do better. This place was my first job as a teenager yrs ago. Holds memories.

They screwed my whole order up fries were so greasy, I got 2 mc chicken with tomato and they had no tomato no lettuce and some much maon the it was dripping off the only thing they got right was the 20pcs nugget and I paid for extra dipping sauce and they gave me none , this is by far the worst mcdonald’s in the area I would not recommend even to my worst enemy
