This is the absolute worst McDonald’s around. You will wait forever for your food if you want it hot and fresh, you will wait forever for your food and it’ll be cold regardless. I was pulled from the drive through line and watched six cars behind me as well as the two cars that were pulled with me, get their food and leave before I get a six piece chicken nugget, a small child’s fry and a plain cheeseburger

Horrible gave me cold crappy fries no sauce for either of our meals and we waited like 10 minutes after they gave us our food we didn’t get our drinks for a while and they came back like “are you missing anything?” After we’ve been waiting for someone to come over and talk to us but they were talking to friends.

Kiosk messed up and utilized my code from my app and logged me out. Asked politely at the counter if they would honor the code because the kiosk gave me issues and the lady was extremely rude and not eager to help. I come here quite often since there are not many places around here to eat but I definitely won’t be coming here again after the lack of customer service today.

Great morning crew, absolutely abysmal evening crew. Food in the evening is always sloppy, slow service and for the last four times in a row our order has been either missing items or flat out incorrect. And the worst part about it is the rotten attitude the crew have towards having to fix their mistakes.
I gave up trying to be polite after the second time our order was wrong because it doesn’t matter if you are polite, some disinterested teenager with an attitude is going to be rude or accuse you of lying about missing items.
The only thing that gets this place 3 stars is that the morning crew is stellar. Accurate, fast service and polite. Never had a single problem in the morning.
