Consistently the worst McDonald experience I’ve had in probably 10 years. Only been the area 2 months. Doesnt matter what you order, always pull up and wait. They’re always out of something (ice cream almost always. Couldn’t get a bottled water for over a week. Currently out of happy meals.) And then also the standard fast food bad experiences of forgetting the ranch for nuggets. They just put onion on my double cheeseburgers tonight even though it says no onion on the slip. Pick another place in the area this one is terrible.

Ordered breakfast on the app the app let me do it took my money and everything pull up to the speaker. 2 minutes past 10 30 and the lady says oh that’s breakfast. I can’t make that I have to cancel your order. When questioned why it let me order it the lady’s response was “well I just work here”. No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience. “I just work here” very sad. You can’t make an exception over two minutes or you can’t see that there was an order placed on your screen for breakfast and it couldn’t have been made before you switched over. Absolutely terrible customer service, awful.

Employees ignore you. You have to get their attention for service, and it’s not easy. You can stand there and CALL OUT to them and they don’t bother to even look your way! Very nasty attitude once I got an employee, she was unfriendly and far from professional.
My double cheese burger was ice cold. I was hungry so I ate it, within 30-45 minutes I was sick… Before getting home.

This is one of the really old locations for McDonald’s around Akron however it has had a very nice refresh. There is still a kids play area unlike some of the new sites. The play area is roomy and well kept as is the rest of the store. Service was good and the servers are very polite. I do miss the blimp stories from the previous decor.

It’s pretty good I wish the fries and the burgers taste like they use to . It has changed a lot . I absolutely hate the keyosk machines. I am huge on talking to someone NOT a screen. It takes away from the way McDonald’s use to be in my opinion.

I went through the drive through and when I got home, my order was not correct. I had to go back and went in. No one serves the counter, so my wait time was long. I explained that I ordered no cheese and it was put on. The staff did apologize and made the sandwich correct.

This really is my favorite location. Staff is nice, the lines move quick and I always get decent food. Other locations Coke Zero isn’t nearly as good, but this one is consistently on point! Kind of bummed the pop machines were removed from the lobby though.

Every time I’ve been to this specific McDonald’s, all of the staff have been super nice! And there’s usually little to no wait for the food I’ve ordered! Keep up the great work, I appreciate it 🙂
