Took my great grandson there at
11:45am. Ordered our meals. Went to the play area to eat and supervise his playtime. The employee told us we could not eat in there. In the meantime another employee brought our meals. I told her the other employee, who was in her 60’s told us we couldn’t eat in there. I told her to take it out there in the eating area so the grandson could eat. We ate, he didn’t eat all his so I put it back in the box l, took our drinks also to the play area. The older employee again told us we couldn’t eat in the play area. I told her it was his leftovers to take home closed up in the box. Other people came in with children. We started having a discussion about not being being able to eat in there. All the other McDonalds play area allow it.
I will never go back to this place
Employees did not smile. They all looked like the hated being there. Such a sad place to bring children into.
The older employee left 4 cleaning products on the floor where children could pick up I’m sorry I didn’t think to get a picture of the cleaning products. They were still there when we left
I am sending an email to corporate. It may not do any good may be wasting my time

The food always comes out good enough but I don’t like going to this one because it takes forever until, first, you’re spoken to at the speaker. Then, waiting 10+ minutes for your food. You could buy one drink and it’ll still take you 15 minutes before you get it.

if you’re looking to sit at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes of silence at 2pm, this is the place for you! If you’re able to get your order in (and by that I mean give them your 4 letter code, I couldn’t make it any easier) you’ll be able to enjoy another 10-15 minutes to yourself as you wait for you food. Seriously, this location is the worst. I wanted a burger but I should have just taken myself down the street to Chick-fil-A. Bad service is one thing but you can’t even get any service here.

Visited this location at 9:32 am on 12/10/2025. When I got there 0 cars in the drive thru line. I ordered a sausage cheese mcmuffin a egg mcmuffin a bacon egg and cheese biscuit a sausage cheese biscuit and 2 hashbrowns. 12 full minutes after placing my order I finally got my food. First both the biscuit sandwichs were so hard they couldn’t be eaten and probably could have shattered the windows in the front if the building so we moved on to the mcmuffins. Both muffins were untoasted and the egg mcmuffin had half raw egg on it. Absolutely gross food and we feel scammed out of almost 20 dollars. No point in calling the manager because they know the kind of food there putting out and the line cook probably isn’t fit to do a paint by numbers book. Will never visit this location again and will be sure to spread the word about how nasty this place is.Edit:in response to you wanting me to go to McDonald’s feedback bla bla bla why would I waste any more of my time,just going by the reviews this has been a very bad location for months and you fail to do anything to improve if you did I wouldn’t have had to write this as a bad review like so many others it would have been a good review. But because you haven’t done anything like firing bad management and employees or transferring them to far away locations to get then to quit you choose not to do anything why should we.

I had an app order and it was a 38 min wait for a sandwich and 5 hash browns. Super frustrating as they completely forgot about me after being asked to pull up. After that much time had passed I just walked in and asked to speak to a manager. The food was ready and already cold. The non management staff was just speaking on his phone while on shift. Bring as I was already well passed my lunch, I just took it and moved on. A waste of $17.

Long wait times often times 10 minutes or more for a simple order. 23 minute wait today for a sausage egg cheese biscuit and a egg mcmuffin. Noone in front of me. The staff also aren’t very friendly. Never geet a greeting when I walk in and never thanked for stopping in. Probably one of the worst mcdonalds in akron.

I ordered the bacon McGriddle meal with a medium drink off of the monopoly menu. I guess the system messed it up, so the women at the window said she fixed the issue and I’m set to go, I had paid on the app. When I got the meal they gave me a small drink, and no napkins. They also did not give me my monopoly game pieces, so I paid extra for less… I don’t have time to fix this because I have to get to work. Ridiculous
