All I ordered was a large milkshake. If took 16 minutes to get. Also, please work on retraining acceptable and proper customer service and what should be common sense ways for employees to interact with customers. policiesone of my biggest pet peeves is walking into any establishment and the (assumed average hearing abled) employee not at the absolute very least look in my direction with even the slightest but of a nod, Tell me went it would take 16 minutes till I finally got it… I will say that they seemed to be pretty busy at the time but still.

I go here often and until now I’ve never had a problem of any kind. The food is great, the service is quick even when there is a line. But just now I was caught off guard by the young man at the drive through doing a poor indian accent for some reason. It just seemed very tasteless and disrespectful to that demographic of people. There were two people at the window and im shocked the girl wasn’t saying anything to correct him.

My food has always been hot here, and mostly accurate, except the last time, which is now my last time. And I live close, ughh.
But with the 2 lanes, people will see you waiting, pull up in the other lane and order, as if other people aren’t waiting. I don’t like feeling like I’ve gotta plan out the perfect lane choice, like a sketchy supermarket. It’s morning, I just want my normal que, everyone waits their time ordered turn. But not here.
This last time, I waited, tried to let the other people place their order, in proper que, and the lady asked me about mobile app, I declined, and I said I wanted the sausage and egg mcmuffin value meal (to be sure) and she said to pull through, they took my card, got to the next window, lady asked me if I had the meal with the tea and I said yes, handed me my bag, pulled off (shouldn’t have to check, all the verifying). Well, lady had rang me up for buy 1 get 1 for $1, and added on my tea, regular.
If I specify “meal” then I meant to have the 3 piece, sandwich, hash browns, & drink. I’ve worked food service most of my life, it’s a button for a meal, another entire button for just a sandwich, or a buy 1 get 1 (for $1) button. They’re all different, sometimes different pages even.
I got a mcmuffin with no egg. Whole reason I went there that morning was for the egg. I looked at receipt, it showed how she rang 2 different items. First the Buy1Get1, then a free style beverage. I was charged over the meal price, and given less than I ordered.
I luckily had time to stop off at another McD’s, down the road, showed them the receipt, told them all I really wanted was my actual sandwich I ordered, they made it right, and I got what I had asked for at this original McD (but not gotten).
I don’t eat here very often, but I always went to this one. I won’t again. She was opposite race of me, and I felt a cold attitude from her, and then it’s like she intentionally gave me a lesser order, for a slightly higher price. Can’t be certain, but my eager happy attitude and her disdain for me, felt too close to intentional for me. I know my place. I’ll move elsewhere from now on.

You do have to say I do drive out of my way to come to the east Waterloo road McDonald’s the service is always good my food is always correct and the staff is always really nice. It is appreciated when you’ve had a long day at work

I had an issue with my food this evening. The manager was very apologetic and fixed my order right away. Top notch customer service. I really appreciate the way she handled the situation and treated me as a guest. I did not get her name but she was the manager working on 09/01/2025 at 8:30 pm. I hope MCDONALD’S sees this and gives recognition to this amazing manager and employee.

Seriously? I had to pull off the road and search my glove box for a spoon to get the tartar off the side of the box and onto the fish. This location is usually better than this. No excuse for this, especially considering what we pay for McDonald’s

Sometimes their friendly. Sometimes they are not lol. They mess up kinda often, but this one is the closest to my home. In the pictures, these sandwichese are not what I ordered. But I contacted the headquarters & they’ll fixed it.. they looked good tho lol

If I could give 0 stars I would but since I can’t, I will give 1. First of all, I got 3 happy meals for my kids, said I wanted a children’s small root beer for 2 of those meals, and was uncharged bc the girl at the drive thru wasn’t paying attention and put a medium dr pepper with one of the kids meals. We also said we wanted extra fries with 2 of the meals instead of apple slices, we didn’t get extra fries, we got apple slices with those meals. Lastly, I got a cheeseburger and asked for no pickle and extra ketchup. Not only did I get extra pickle instead, I had two bottom buns for my burger instead of a bottom and a top. I do not recommend.

the drive through speed was quick, which is a bit shocking compared to the other reviews. I ordered normal mayo on my burger. They proceeded to give me so much mayo it was thicker than the patties (which is actually pretty easy to beat nowadays) if you guys aren’t going to give me a quality burger, im not going you give you a quality review. were paying pver 3 dollars for a burger nowadays and they cant even get the condiment amounts right

The dining experience was truly delightful from start to finish. The flavors were exquisite, and each dish was prepared with obvious care. The staff’s attentiveness and warm hospitality enhanced the meal. It was a pleasure to dine in such a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to returning soon.
