Ordered sausage burritos for breakfast. They were very short and sort of folded up rather than rolled. The tortillas were old and hard and the hashbrowns were old and cold. Do a better job!!

I usually drive 15 minutes out of the way to avoid this McDonald’s, but I chanced this location today because it’s closest to home. My kid who LOVES mcd fries won’t even eat them from here anymore. When a toddler can recognize the lack of care put into the frying… it’s bad news.

We received our order and the food was stone-cold. The fries were not only cold and but stale. Both the BigMac and the double-cheeseburger were inedible. They were dried out and had obviously been sitting out for hours. We should have known this was a no-go when we saw how filthy men’s room is. The urinals haven’t been cleaned in months. That speaks volumes about this restaurants concern for cleanliness. Stay away!

Just went to the drive-through at this place and the lady taking orders at the drive-through was horrible mean she didn’t give me the time to order my meal and she got super irritated when I didn’t want salt on my hamburger. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time I called the manager, but he didn’t seem like he really wanted to be bothered. I’ll be reporting this to corporate. Maybe they’ll do something about it. This is ridiculous the way these people act these days I will not be revisiting that McDonald’s again.

They’ve gotten a lot better here over the past few years, at this specific location. Service was pretty bad and the inside was constantly dirty. But seems like those individuals have cycled out and there are some more quality workers there.

Best fast food in the area, including fairlawn/ montrose. Service is polite and fast, food seems always hot and correct. If we’re looking for McDonald’s, we’ll drive past the one in fairlawn to get to this one – it’s that good.

They are using bad grease, overly used oil to cook their hash browns. The inner part of the hash brown was completely brown from the old oil and just greasy.

I’ve been here a few times over the course of a month. Almost everytime I get old fries, and this time around I got a burger that wasn’t completely done and tasted disgusting. As a previous McDonald’s employee I know that these burger patties are not supposed to be pink in the middle especially this much. Photos provided below. If you want McDonald’s and don’t mind the extra minutes to get there, I recommend the one in Montrose/Fairlawn area.
