Placed an online/mobile order. 7am. Checked for it to start being made ASAP. Marked it for counter pick up. Go to the restaurant and the doors were locked. Drove around and the drive thru person was LESS than friendly like “why are you even here” type vibes. Then we waited at the drive thru window for 10 more minutes…left the building at 7:24….100% will not be returning. The McDonald’s in the hood has better service than this place.

The food was hot and the fries were great.
But we asked for ketchup and tartar sauce and when we got to the haunted hayride we were scammed.
Had to eat the fries and burgers plain, and that is so typical of McDonald’s
You hate to hold up the line, but you better check your entire bag before you pull away from the window.

I went in and ordered food for me and my friend , and I didn’t get the sauces I ordered . Soo I just went through the drive thru and just asked if I could get the sauces since you have to pay for them and I didn’t get them , and I wasn’t rude at all. I work for food service as well and I know it can be a pain . but I went to the 2nd window and the younger girl with glasses was questioning if I ordered off the kiosk so I gave her my order receipt that was on the bag and she handed me the sauces and very rudely said “so I believe we did give you the sauces but have a good day”. Like you don’t have to be so rude about it …. It’s sauces it’s not that deep

I ordered a $5 meal , dbl ch, 4 piece nug, fries and drink. Since when is there only one slice of cheese on a dbl cheese burger? All the food was old. Gave the burger to my dog! Won’t go ever again.

The service is absolutely terrible. The people who work here are extremely disrespectful.
They also always close early and instead of letting the customers know of that they let you sit at the speaker for 10minutes straight and then when you pull up to the window to let them know hey I have a mobile order they look right at you and ignore you. It makes no sense. Why can I place a mobile order if the restaurant isn’t actually going to be open and why isn’t the staff being considerate of people’s time and money by letting them know they closed early? Like sincerely grow up and communicate. This McDonalds has completely gone downhill. We need some new people up in that place. They never greet you nicely when they are actually open and they don’t even have the decency to tell you to have a nice day. Even if I am as nice as possible I have genuinely always been disrespected at this location. Not to mention the food is never fresh. Get it together.

No one in line at drive thru . Ordered mcnuggets and fries they were very hot and good. Haven’t had this fresh of food in a year or more from McDonald’s. Wish I lived closer to this store.

This is apparently a large fry from my local McDonalds The previous time that I had been there a week or so ago, my chicken nuggets were so over cooked, they were basically not edible. Upper management was standing right behind the counter, and even with them in the kitchen, they still couldn’t put out a respectable product.

I called to check up on a delivery order and whoever answered the phone was very very rude to me. I never make bad reviews on anything but the way she talk to me was very condescending.
I was just trying to get information. I wasn’t trying to be rude in anyway they need to learn better customer service. No wonder they have bad reviews.
