Absolutely diabolical with the way this location is!! It’s too cold to avoid taking care of sanitation and cleanliness as people are prone to get even more sick in these conditions at this location. DO BETTER!!!!!

I think this store might be understaffed or they were just slammed when we went here. The staff were really nice, though. The fries were truly terrible and the McDoubles were weird but fine. The ranch snack wrap was good, they did a great job saucing it up. The iced coffee was great. The McNuggets were absolutely perfect and the best I’ve ever had from any McDonald’s. I’m rating a 3 only because the fries were inedible.

Absolute abomination of a fast food restaurant. Both burgers made wrong WITH NO CHANGES MADE. My son’s happy meal was supposed to come with nuggets but he got a random burger with lettuce and mayo?? He’s 3 he’s not going to eat that. Not to mention they forgot his drink as well. My wife’s nuggets were just left out of the equation I guess, paid for them to be left out of the bag. All 4 portions of fries were cold and soggy. Genuinely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had in a very very long time.

We brought our grandchildren to use okay gym and have lunch. It was not busy. The talked were dirty and ketchup in it. I had to clean off myself. The family bathroom was locked. Wish I had read the reviews before stopping here on 8/5/24: Incompetent, Lazy, and Rude Employees! Ordered a simple iced coffee, told the shift manager taking my order I wanted it stronger, more coffee and less cream and ice. (Mind you, she didn’t look like she wanted to be there at all) Crew member brought it out…after 10 minutes….super light. I told him “No, no, I’m *not* accepting that. I told the manager I wanted it stronger/darker.” He replied roughly, “That’s how it’s supposed to be, that’s what you ordered!” I doubled down and made him do it again. Came back after another 5 minutes, and it still looked weak/light. I gave him a look, “This still doesn’t look good, looks mostly ice and cream”. Him: “Well we have to use a machine to make iced coffees. I could do it again, but it would just be coffee and ice ” Really McDonald’s? You need a MACHINE to make simple iced coffee?!? Had to come home and add tons of my own coffee to adjust to the level I like. Not hard at all. Waste of my money and time! Thank God I live on the west side!

Food was asked to be fresh and was stale and ice cold the guy in there yelled at me for telling him I had a mobile order and said no it’s a DoorDash they don’t have. Would not come again they don’t answer there phone everyone there goofs off and is straight up rude as can be.

Almost 40 mins waiting curbside and the order placed at home. Unacceptable for fast food. Person bringing food out has no personality and was basically unpleasant. I’ll drive to Twinsburg where the staff smile and act more professional. Bad hiring practices are showing.

I thought I’ve seen bad before, this place is a waste of time! I ordered a BigMac & there was ABSOLUTELY nothing on the top 2 pieces of bread; no sauce, no meat, no lettuce. It was just 2 pieces of bread put together. But these people want to be paid more than 20 dollars and hour? Yup, go up on the prices & cut the quantity!
