Even when you are a nice non problematic regular they still treat you like shit. I come here regularly and I order bags of ice. This is the first time I had someone fill the bag only half way and hand it to me for full price. I pointed out it was only half full. I didn’t get a sorry. I was asked if I wanted to fill the bag all the way after it being handed but it felt condescending and disingenuous. I said no and he closed the window I stayed he opened the window back up and said i am only getting half the value he asked the same question. I don’t understand why he didn’t just fill another half a bag and wanted the one handed to me it felt suspicious so I just drove off. It will be awhile until I feel comfortable coming back. They need to treat their customers better.

This location delivers the expectation! Every single aspect was top notch! From first glance, the parking lot was clean. When placing an order in drive thru, clean menu boards and friendly service….I could go on and on! The food was so hot, the hash brown was cooked to perfection, delicately crispy and I really, really want everyone to know that this store is clean! I know this because of the incredible tasting hash brown. They filter their fryers regularly and care more about quality, than stretching the oil to balance their P&L.

This is by far the worst mcdonalds!! The employee that delivered our food to our table was extremely rude and had the nastiest attitude as she literally the the tray with our food into the table. When we complained to the manager, she did nothing but tell us to just eat our food! Then the other employe; a male, proceeded to mock us and call us names. Do not go here!!

Place is very nice, but their times are extremely off on Google. They are not open when they say they are open. Great place just have to make sure you flip to coin to see if they are open or not

I asked for no cheese or condiments because of an allergy. I said meat and bun only. Said at the speaker and double checked at the window. Then I open my bag to find a bun with only cheese on it. They knew what they were doing. I was not rude to these people at all. They intentionally did it and they laughed about it. I have a dash cam inside and outside. You can see them laughing about it like it’s funny to mess with peoples food. Do yourself a favor and go to a different McDonald’s. These people have got too many of my orders wrong in the past. I only eat there maybe once or twice a month and every time it’s been wrong. This was the last time I’ll ever eat from that establishment. Never coming back.

Got my order completely messed up, although ordering through doordash, the ticket did not match the food whatsoever. i got 3 snack wraps and a fry rather than the food i initially ordered. When contacting doordash, i got a refund, however when speaking to the customer service woman here, she aggressively told me to talk about it to doordash. After explaining that the tickets weren’t correctly placed rather than the food being messy or delivered, she stayed consistent with her attitude.
