My niece slipped and cracked her head open at this location. The manager who refused to tell me her name said there was nothing she could do they have to clean the floors because they’re dirty. They offered to call an ambulance I declined but added photos of my injury and want people to be aware that this franchise does not care about their customers. Whether it’s a little elderly couple coming in for a cup of coffee or pregnant women who could slip and get injured.

My kid got wrong toys in happy meal. , if you don’t have them – take them off from menu. I don’t check it inside, just after getting home – “nice” surprise. my kids expect to get Changeables toys , but we got zootopia … I think you need to pay more attention or change it in menu if you out of stock

Last several times I visited this location in Brunswick, both breakfast and dinner hours, the staff has ALL cars pull out of the drive thru line and pull into parking spots and the pull ahead lane by the curb. Each time there has been no less than 6 cars sitting, pulled over and not a single car at the drive thru window waiting just so they can falsify the speed to service metrics they are measured against. I hope someone from corporate reviews these write-ups and goes to check out the shame management practices at this location. Oh, and I’d expect amazing hot fries for having to wait – no. Each time one person walks out with a tray of all 6-8 orders, having waited on all of them to server any of them.

This location is being ran by negligent managers. After being injured on a sopping wet floor at 7o clock at night (so not at closing) I alerted them someone could get hurt- the female manager laughed in my face refused to tell me her name and told her co worker to continue mopping as scheduled. The manager refused to give me any corporate info and told me to look it up myself instead. After looking up previous recent reviews it appears the manager who refuses to give her name out, is allegedly connected to someone who owns the franchise. That’s why so much negligence, danger and customer dissatisfaction persists. But I did call the health dept. to report the multiple violations at this location.

So I ordered the number 7 first most of the drinks that I like are out Or flat. Then they bring me my food my fries are cold and they change them for some that were slightly warmer than the first. The only thing I felt was right was my caramel sundae. This is the reason why I have been to McDonald’s since 2005.

placed 3 different mobile orders. only one showed up at the McDonald’s. the shift lead explained she only has one. I showed her all 3 of my receipts in my email. she finally made the second order (total of 1 item per order all redeemed monopoly winners) but refused to give me my third order (4 nuggets) then my phone died. went to charge it to show her the actual app that my coupons are gone. the main manager, big mean obnoxious rude lady literally called me a liar and screamed at me. told me I got all my food for free (all my coupons are STILL GONE THE NEXT DAY)I left and said I’d call corporate for her behavior and she was like “tell em I said hi!”

insanely unprofessional behavior. I’m not a liar. I simply want what I ordered or for my coupons to be returned. she has no right to call me a liar or scream at me in front of all the restaurant. took over half an hour to get a freaking smoothie while my fries got cold. i threw it away at the gas station across the street. never returning to this location. bad people

I was the first car, then a car came to the right of me they took order then took next then next car. I said hello a couple of times. So I moved cause I figured the mic was broke, because nobody every took my order. By this time I’m irritated said hello in the second lane no answer. Now a car come to the left of me and they took their order. Very irritated cause now I have to go back to work when someone took my order. Not happy at all!

Taste tests between different fish places. We ended up back at McDonald’s. We liked the 2 for $6 deal price. We both liked the sandwich very much except it is chincy when you look at it. The actual fish itself was a tiny bit bigger than Wendy’s.

If zero was an option, I’d rate it in the negative. Absolutely atrocious service, disrespectful workers, and a manager who takes no responsibility for the rudeness and incompetence of his staff. After placing a mobile order, arriving in curbside (with zero cars in the drive thru at the time), I waited 10 minutes. During this time, one car came thru the drive thru..and I still had no food. I went in, had to shout excuse me when they didn’t see me for another minute… ya know super busy talking to each other. At first she couldn’t find it…evidently, it had been placed on a counter and forgotten. Anywho, she handed me the food without any apology and I said “Y’all need to do better because the service is ridiculous!” Her response..and I quote “Whatever!”..and she raised her voice when saying it! I left. Only to get to my car and the food is ice cold. By this time, I’m hopping mad & shockingly, still no one in the drive thru. Now, I worked a 10 hour day (on my feet), I was tired. I pulled into the drive thru and after beeping to break up the crowd talking and paying zero attention to the window, I asked “little miss sassy pants” to get the manager. I explained what happened… admittedly hotly because now I’m pissed… he did not apologize, but rather defended her actions and those of his staff after forgetting my order, leaving me waiting, and giving me cold food. He also informed me it was not her job to serve me. I’m sorry, what? That’s LITERALLY her job. A fast food service worker. Listen, I’m not saying that disrespectfully, I’m a pastry chef..also my job to serve people. What I would NEVER do is talk to a customer the way that girl did, nor defend the actions of my employees beneath me when they clearly screw up! I would do whatever was necessary to remedy the situation and not lose a customer and the negative word of mouth they would spread. If I did, I wouldn’t have a job anymore. I would like to add that after I told him I was done talking to him and I’d take it up with his boss then started to pull away… he hung out the window and sang in a mocking tone “Have a niiicccee daaay” Wow, super professional. Now, I know what you’re thinking.. it’s McDonalds, a huge corporation, they don’t care about one customer. Perhaps, but I can tell you this is the 2nd interaction I’ve had at this location. The 1st time, that manager apologized profusely, refunded my money and fired off fresh food. After this though, I will not be returning. And judging by the lengthy negative reviews and the ghost town of a parking lot at 7pm, they won’t be in business much longer. So yeah, better management desperately needed. I’ve reached out to corporate..will update.
