Been going here since we moved to Solon 2 years ago. Every time it’s great service. Out of the hundred times we’ve been through the drive-thru they only missed an item maybe once? And it’s always speedy. People here are kind. We’ve dined inside a handful of times and it’s always clean, staff is super friendly. Twice now my son wanted to go here for his birthday breakfast and both times they gave him a birthday treat. 5 stars hands down.

Some of the rudest employees I have ever seen. I went there today because I’m not feeling well and wanted a nice cold milkshake from the drive thru. The girl who took my order was rude and didn’t even say how can I help you? The girl who gave me my order, didn’t say thank you and have a nice day was said after she closed the window. Got a kids meal only did online order. Placed 20 mins before we got there. Arrived and waited another 12 minutes went threw drive threw they said the orders ready….. it’s rainy and the lazy workers didn’t want to bring it out. Pretty disgusting place. Food isn’t fresh and the place is never clean. Came here because my daughter wanted a happy meal and to go inside, definitely won’t be doing that again. Staff is also very unprofessional even for a fast food restaurant. Stick to the drivethru if you want to eat here.
