ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER AND COUNT YOUR CHICKEN NUGGETS. Any time I come to this location, I always have items missing. If I order a 10 piece chicken McNugget, there’s never actually 10 chicken nuggets in there. This last time I went there I ended up with only 8 chicken nuggets, plus a missing snack wrap. I will not be going back as they cannot seem to fix this problem that’s been going on for years. Please kindly teach your employees how to count and double check contents of a bag so this stops happening.

I come through drive thru quite often, and yes I have to check my order now every time. Missing items, not prepared as indicated, and cold fries, the worst. I’m not one for complaining, but for the price I am paying (and regardless of price), my order/s should be correct and fresh.

Not a bad stop along 77. As usual, using the app makes ordering these busier highway outposts quicker, easier, and cheaper than any other method. These guys are definitely not your typical “high schoolers running around trying all day” group though! Efficient, effective, and all while making it look effortless!

Missing all three fries with my last order.
Called just asking for a simple refund, hey accidents happen, totally understand . Took the lady took about 10 minutes to even try to locate my order, and then she told me I would have to physically drive back to McDonald’s to pick up my fries or present my receipt for a refund. Another time we went here everything looked fine and then we got home and all four of our burgers didn’t have any meat on them. That’s kind of an important piece to the hamburger in my opinion. Long story short I am really looking forward to Chick-fil-A opening right next to them, and I truly think that someone higher up at McDonald’s should go take a training course at Chick-fil-A and implement some of their systems into what they do. I’ve eaten at several Chick-fil-A‘s different states. I don’t think they’ve ever forgotten to put so much as a sauce packet in the bag.

I came here for a mobile drive-thru order and it took me like more than 30 minutes. I was talking on drive-thru at first, then they said me “we can’t give you drive-thru orders right now, you need to come inside and pick up.” I said okay. When I spoke with an employee she said “why you’re inside for a drive thru order?” They don’t even know what are they doing. I was showing my phone which is McDonald app, she’s telling me it’s a DoorDash order bla bla bla. They don’t want to help you, she even told me “someone just picked up your order with SAME NAME”. However luckily I got my food after 35 minutes. If you have a lot free time you have to come and visit this beautiful place.

Ordered the two chicken wrap meal to get it all the way home I had the longest strand of hair inside one of my wraps. YUCK!!! I called immediately to let the “manager” know and was informed that all of their workers wore hair covers but she will be sure to remind them. Remind them??!!!! Never again! If you are managing a team, you should be aware immediately of the importance of safety and sanitation when working with any type of food services.

This McDonald’s is terrible. Always cold. They forget stuff constantly from the bag, they’re busy and you’re in line and you end up waiting and it’s STILL COLD. I don’t eat fast food much anymore and this place makes it easy to stay away from it.
