These fast food chains are getting worse by the day… all young female crew. Non of them know how to speak. And all of them on their phones!!! And to make matters worse they have cars yelling out of windows interacting with the workers!! Won’t be back. Shame have to go to the suburbs for good service…

Waited in Drive thru for order taker to decide she wanted to start taking my order. After placing me on hold and seeing about 5 cars on other lane moving she started my order…kept asking is that it after every item…put me on another hold while she took 3 more orders at other lane…. never got back to my order. I asked if she got my order and no answer after that.. I did hear her let out breath of aggravation after 3rd item I had placed so I knew our service was going to be terrible. Needless to say I left the drive thru with no acknowledgement of order. Please hire people who won’t mind working with people as they are the ones paying the employees to keep employment.

Never coming to this McDonald’s again I will go out my way to get to another one even though this location is more convenient. They never have any orange juice it will literally be 6 in the morning and they always claim they are out. Today I went in the drive through for lunch and was asked to move to the 3rd window I sat there for 30 minutes and watched other cars leave I order a simple cheeseburger and happy meal still never came to the window went inside and was practically ignored until i demanded service and still had to wait. I will never go back.

I’m only giving 2 stars due to the fact that my food was fresh however WRONG but still hot. I ordered the Big Mac with no pickle xtra sauce but we clearly see as correct as the cashier who rang it, the kitchen not so much. I only trip because I’m a funny eater and people have allergies. I tried eating it but the pickle juice is on my burger still so wasted ♀️ but again, what if I were allergic?! That’s a lawsuit guys. Take the extra time to be more careful please .

Where to start, first off their bathroom smells like a bunch of homeless people had an orgsy in it, what a foul oder. My nose still haven’t recovered. The plumbing needs fixing asap In the (MensRoom). The wait time on ordering food is insane. The workers are not sanitized. Slow, ghetto, always want you to pay but then have you waiting for 10 mins or more in one of the many waiting spots, ghetto, dirty and the location in maple heights on broadway is the absolute best location over here. No one wears gloves, hats or anything anymore. For example I came for a burger and fry and have been waiting for almost 30 minutes. JUST SHUT DOWN! You won’t be missed
