Usually the service here is good and they get customers in and out quickly, however my order has been incorrect several times. About a week ago, I asked for two barbecue sauces at the window and the worker said with an attitude that it was going to cost me $.75. I said that was totally fine and provided my card which she then stated she couldn’t take my payment in her position. Very rude and condescending..

Felt rushed by the lady over the intercom when I got up. She snatched the money out of my hand aggressive like then I made a comment to my wife about how she did it and she tried to hand it back with more of a not so rude attitude gets the window to get the food. The other lady I don’t know. She just seemed like she wasn’t there. I get having a bad day but these are the faces that your customers see to go there and catch attitude at both windows is absolutely unacceptable. You should put some cheery smiley faces in them. Windows I get it’s cold outside. I get being rushed through orders but there’s a thing called customer service and when your customer is not satisfied they won’t return. So the blonde lady in the first window and the dark hair lady in the second window. Even if you’re not in a good mood, fake it because your customers read vibes

I ordered a four piece nugget. I looked in the box after eating two nuggets. There was a chicken finger that was 75% already eaten out of somebody else was eating out of food and decided to throw their leftover food inside. This place is pure junk would not come back very unsanitary.

If I could give a 0 I would, I spend$ 30 on some McFlurrys and received the McFlurrys with Oreos topped and the other 90% is straight ice cream, I called and a manager (shanelle) told me the the machine was down at the time, but I was never told the machine was down or else I wouldn’t have bought them, manager told me there was nothing she could do. I need corporate because I’m not done!

Food full of hair notified a manager who stated they will not do anything to rectify this unless I bring Contaminated food I threw out back into the store with a receipt that they refused to give me at the time of service. I ended up becoming very sick. Employees and managers are always rude with a bad attitude.

i was eating with my friends (i’m a teenage girl by the way) and an adult worker peaks out from the window outside and mouths i’m watching you and points 2 fingers like “i’m watching you” you know. i was actually very scared. i was holding back tears. also the teenage boys working there went to the bathroom and cussed. they wasted so many napkins on our tray. they adult male worker peaked out of the window in the left side of the picture.

How many times was i given the wrong order, treated like their biggest inconvenience, had my order messed up, (I never eat cheese and ask for no cheese.. I get cheese every time) fried food tastes like old, burnt grease. Inside is disgusting. Never giving them my money again. Dunkin forever.

Got breakfast this morning and found hair in my sandwich. Didn’t even get to take a bite, glad I didn’t.
I normally always come to this McDonald’s and have never had any issues, but today they tried to tell me they don’t serve mocha iced coffee when I get it there almost everyday.
Then when I told them that, they said their mocha machine is broke.
