I asked for a big Mac made with quarter pounder patties. No problem! It was up in minutes and they brought it to my table. Very friendly service. I subsequently ordered the chicken wrap which was dry and tough. So that was not so great but other than that the place was great.

Terrible service. I waited 20 minutes for table delivery that never came and when I pressed for my food they revealed they hadn’t bothered to serve it and then gave it to me cold.
I escalated to the manager who was defensive and unapologetic blaming my use of the apps table delivery option for my long wait and cold food.
It’s not like this is a hidden feature either, literally every table has instructions printed on it saying this is the preferred ordering method and the staff will bring it to the table.
Also, there was nobody else in the seating area, so it’s not like there was ambiguity or high traffic either.

Had an issue with an undercooked burger. Messaged in app. Owner only replaced the order. The proper thing to do is replace with two meals. How does replacing the meal make up for the inconvenience? Do better.

I ordered breakfast online for pickup at the drive through. I told the woman the code to which she said she doesn’t know it isn’t popping up. I pulled to the first window to repeat the code and she said the same thing again and she said they don’t have my food. I pulled off to check if it was the right mcdonald’s (it was). I pulled back around to the first window and showed the same lady the receipt along with the drive through code. She said to pull up to the second window to which a guy said we don’t have your food and THEN says that I put it in for curbside which i didn’t and that i have to go to curbside. He walked away while i was speaking and they closed the window on me. They couldn’t get their story straight and were bouncing between we don’t have your food and then saying I have to go to curbside and they did have my food because I seen it through the window. I’m honestly not shocked that they had an attitude even after I apologized for any inconvenience. I never got my food or a refund and the workers were truly rude. I wouldn’t eat here ever again!

My husband and I just stopped by at the McDonald’s drive through for frappes! The service was amazing! The teenagers who worked there tonight were very friendly! They even surprised me with a “heart” on my frappe! Was so sweet! Def made my evening! 🙂 Keep up the great work! Thank you!!!

Disgusting mind you I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a happy meal for my kid extra fries no extra fries for my kid I got a burnt sandwich and a chicken nugget box with sauce in it ?! There wasn’t even anyone else in line it wasn’t even busy no excuse . I called them the lady had a attitude and said what do you want me to do about it customer service isn’t even good I at least always made sure my customer service was on point when I worked carry out through school

Love pulling up in front of the building just to wait on cold food. I got a 6 piece nuggets with my $5 meal deal…which means someone else got my 4 piece who ordered a 6. Fries, nuggets and McChicken all cold.

Sorry old McDonald you’re getting it wrong alot. Second time visit for horrid fish. Dry and the bun was not even on the sandwich. Neither was the tartar sauce. It was off the fish and smashed in the box. The fries were cold handed to me in the bag. This is the second time for cold fries. Once they are cold they are hard. Your food costs WAY TOO much for this to be happening. Your food is sucking lemons. If I visit again, I will be bringing my receipt back with the slop you hand me for a refund. Inflation is too high and food too costly to pay for garbage.
