waited 30+ mins for my mobile order to be ready. Finally got an employee attention and they said they never received my order. Checked to make sure I was at the correct location and had ordered at correct location. Had to argue with them for my food. Drink area was a mess and they had no straws.

They smiles when they silently handed me my breakfast to-go….after a nearly 10 minute wait! And right after in left the restaurant, I hit the road and found my mcmiffin half torched.

What is so hard about serving a quality fast food product? Maybe even in less than 10 minutes

I enjoyed my food and it was good. I was extremely disappointed by two employees who decided to start slap boxing right in front of myself, my mother and my sister. How is this a a customer friendly environment when I have to worry about getting hit. We watched this happen about 4:35 P.M on Valentine’s day.

I could understand if I wasn’t buying anything, but I bought almost $20 worth of stuff and asked for a cup of water with no ice for my dog and in the past I have never been charged for it. Today I had to pay $.35 does McDonald’s really need this $.35 or Is this just a deterrent from asking for a cup of water? This stuff is way overpriced as it is they’re not losing any money. Stop nickeling and dimming the customers.

Forgot half my pickup order, said they’d be right back with it and never came back. Went to drive through, saw them drop the customer in front of me’s entire order on the ground, teen workers swearing constantly, took 30 additional minutes just to get the rest of my order.
