While the drive through was packed, only one other party was in the restaurant. Ordered online through app, expecting to be ready as I placed order before driving up. Lengthy wait for small order, was apologized to. Got home to enjoy, my nugget sauce present but no nuggets! Went to enjoy my 1st Big Mac in years, bottom bun in middle, middle bun on bottom. Disappointed in all, more than 1 franchise in the area.
Sidenote, was contacted by McDonald’s to respond again, which was impossible due to not being given proper receipt. Best to not waste your time and get ripped off here, go somewhere else!

This morning of 03/04/2026 I ordered a Big Breakfast with hotcake and the Sausage cooked well done. The service was so fast and speedy…They must have Flip Flop the Sausage and it came out Rare. I called to complain but the answering machine wasn’t taking anymore messages. I take for granted it was full of complaints for a job Well Done.

Literally got service with a smile, not someone who just hand you your food and doesn’t talk to you. Fries were hot and ice cream machine working. Definitely all deserves a five star.

Live in this city and have gone here basically my whole life, this McDonald’s will not take your order if your in the lobby, only prioritizes the drive through. However when there were about 3-4 people in the drive through this morning it took over 10 minuites of sitting there for them to tell us to wait, everybody in the line was leaving. Never has the nicest workers, always have an attitude or give you mean side eyes when passing , ignoring your order, etc. People have to yell at the McDonald’s workers there to actually work or take their order which is insane.

Ordered two Ranch snack wraps. It’s 6:45 pm on Friday.
Both had a sprinkling of lettuce and maybe 6 shreds of cheese. And if that’s a piece of chicken? *See pics*
It looked like a breaded cat turd. And they were just thrown in the bag. Folded in half.
And there was no warmth coming from either wrap. Which means that “chicken” was sitting out for hours. Not even under the warming lamps.
In the trash they both went.
Disgusting!!
Management: train your employees better!!!!
And since when do employees that have facial hair like a beard not have to wear a hairnet on their scruffy beard?!
So, gross.

Closing the lobby at 5pm during slow days is not in fact compliant with corporate policy, nor is it just acceptable in any way. If I had done that even as a manager elsewhere I’d be terminated on the spot. Serious accountability issues with management and crew here.

I had the crappiest day today…and I had some rewards on the McDonald’s app so I decided to do McDelivery…but DoorDash took forever to find me a driver…McDonalds remade my food so it was fresh and hot…so even though I waited an hour for my dinner to arrive, I still had hot food, and honestly…the little things matter when you’ve had a crap day like I have. Thank you for remaking my food.

if i could leave zero stars i would. this location is horrible. i placed and order online and my husband when to pick it up and they told me they didn’t have my order after it went through charged my account and took my points. then they proceed to tell him that i can just cancel it so now not only do i have no points, but i also have to wait for my money back. to add to that when my husband was inside waiting for the food they were all standing in the back talking and laughing so this whole process took around an hour because some employees do not know any customer service.

I use the mobile app and This location has repeatedly asked me to pull forward to one of the waiting spots and then they forget that IM there. Don’t ask us to pull forward if you are going to forget, it’s that simple. This caused me to be late to work twice (the order is only two breakfast sandwiches and a coffee). 20+ minutes for an 8 dollar order. Terrible staff/service, do better.
