Second time I’ve purchased food and 2nd time no monopoly tickets on my sandwich. Be careful. Brought it to their attention the first time, but was blown off. You can even see on the box it says “peel here” and the monopoly game is the only reason I’ve been ordering food more. Feel like I’m getting ripped off. Same thing with the McDonald’s in Oakwood by Sams Club.

I waited in the drive thru for several minutes after opening. I decide to travel miles down the road to the Independence location due to no service. As I drive around to the exit, I notice the employees just standing around and walking slow. No one was working any machines instead they relaxed in the main areas and near the register.

Ordered through my app. Received a code. Walked in, gave cashier code , and handed me my order. Using the app really made it faster, plus you earn points towards specials and off regular prices. The food was good and fresh. French fries were hot and nuggets perfectly hot and crispy.

Worst experience ever today. We clearly mentioned NO PICKLES, yet the sandwich was with pickles. This isn’t a small mistake I had an allergy with pickles. The sandwich was ruined, and no care was taken to check the order. Extremely disappointed with the quality and attention to detail. Won’t be ordering again.

All of the crew is nice and courteous except for the manager she is very rude don’t speak when spoken to just a real bummer for the whole restaurant so every time I walk in I don’t speak to her just a young man that’s at the front counter expediting the food from the window he’s more customer service experience then she needs to be retrained.

My teens had a horrible experience here. THEY forgot half their food and then were extremely rude as well and the sandwiches they did get the bread was hard and the fries were soft and limp. Ewwwww. They had to leave there and go to Wendy’s to get some decent food. Work on how you treat and talk to ppl cause I don’t play aboht my kids!

Food was fresh, give and take, it depends on the day and service was quick. I do appreciate the friendly budget meal. I’d rather go to this McDonald’s location then Turney Road location.I feel they put a little more care in preparing the food. Must respect in regards to the staffing because customer service is not easy when dealing with the public. However lots of fast food places doesn’t taste the same compared to back in the day.

The lady taking orders and working the pay window at 10pm on Sunday Nov 23rd was quite literally the meanest woman I’ve ever met. She didn’t let me finish my order, every time I tried to add something to the order she screamed at me to pull around. Then when I got my order it was missing a drink and she screamed at her coworker for me to move my car. The guy handing out food at window 2 looked so sad and apologetic. I can only imagine working with her is miserable. Not to be that person but if I managed this McDonald’s I’d check the schedule and let her go. She was MISERABLE, RUDE and UNKIND.

I had accidentally pulled forward for my online order and didn’t know. I had to stop at the first window so instead of politely saying something, the lady leaned out the window and yelled at me in front of the cars behind me and the car in front of me with all of our windows down, I said oh I’m sorry I didn’t know I had an online order Even though I had checked in at the speaker and she continued to yell at me. It doesn’t matter you need to stop here. She just leaned out the window and was extremely rude yelling at me in front of everybody, which was kind of a very embarrassing situation for me. I do not appreciate that. She had on a gold wig that was shortcut like a bob cut. I don’t think I will be coming there again if she is there because that was just blatantly rude .
