I cant give a full review on my hotcakes breakfast but I will review what I can.
There was no greetings or thank you given at the exchange windows.
The gentleman expressed that “we dont have any hashbrowns”
I was surprised due to the restaurant breakfast hours just started.
In conclusion, I traveled to the location on Turney Road for 1 hashbrown to pair with my hotcakes.

Fast service. Very clean inside and out! Cashier was quick and professional. My special grilled order was just right! AAAAA rating from me. Even better than the last time here. The guys on the grill side were awesome! Made my special order just right! One of the better ones in Cuyahoga County!

Slowest service, unfriendly attitude with customer service, and make sure you double check your order because it’s never right. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for an order of fries and a drink. The second line always move faster than the first and honestly there’s just no method of service here. Someone from corporate definitely needs to check in.

I’m not much of a complainer, but I can’t stand spending $10 on breakfast and not be satisfied. The workers would be pissed if they got served what they served us or were treated the way they treat us. You serve your customers the way you expect to be served. I ordered the same item a couple weeks apart, the only difference today is, I didn’t go to the drive-through and corporate was there walking around inspecting. I’m pretty sure based on the pictures I posted you can tell which sandwich I got a couple weeks ago and which one I got today.

The worst fast food establishment I ever been to. They are independently owned so if you complain they will literally call and mock you because there is no one above them. Rude, unprofessional, dirty, always a long wait, always gets orders wrong. Wouldn’t recommend. There’s a Wendy’s right across the street. Better in every way.

food is fine but the workers in there are a joke. they give attiude when their boss tells them to stand at the register, and she told them to greet us and she did and she had an attitude and say “ok don’t say it back then”.

Horrible service all the time!!! Useless employees working at this location can’t make anything right. Always rude always slow always careless. Must let them all go and get new high quality staff so that this mcds can survive being in business.
I ordered 3 mcchickens plain and they gave then with mayo and lettuce…. Well…. After waiting 20 minutes they gave them to me and when i got home u can see in the picture that they wiped off some of the mayo and lettuce off leaving bunch of mayo on the sandwich… unsafe, unsanitary and bad quality talks a lot about the future of this people working at this location!
Definitely will call corporate forsure! This has gone too far and no one is doing anything about it. U playing with people’s health!

I ordered my food online and they didn’t give me jelly like I ordered on the app. I asked the lady for some and she completely ignored me like I didn’t ask her anything I asked someone else and they did the same thing. Another customer had to ask for me because they were acting like I wasn’t there.

Update: I am still getting great service at the drive thru window. Beautiful/handsome smiles and kindness. 🙂 I just ordered a sandwich on the app that was unbeknownst to me, discontinued. I was asked to pull over and wait. I waited a long time and was starting to feel forgotten. Then a young gentleman came out with my order. Said they discontinued my sandwich but they made it any way then apologized for the wait. This burger is the best McDonald’s burger I have had! You guys did a great job, ty!
