Food was old and double cooked. Cheeseburger patties were burnt, dried out, and cheese was completely unmelted, buns cold. Fries were old and hard, dried out, – they had clearly been double fried. Nuggets were old and hard.

I am so disappointed in this store. I stop here about few times a month in the morning for breakfast on the way to work. This morning I ordered my usual but they put my drink as Rootbeer. At the window I asked him to change it to Dr. Pepper and he proceeded to tell me that for Dr. Pepper it would be over $2 more. I asked why, he said anytime you have pop it’s more. So explain to me how the meal with a rootbeer was around $4.82 but the meal with a Dr. Pepper was almost $7.00?????? I asked for a my receipt and he shut the window on me. Wanna know the kicker??? I still got a Rootbeer didn’t get my Dr. Pepper that I paid extra for! I feel taken advantage of. I know it’s only a couple bucks but that’s my hard earned money. Do better McDonalds! Guess I need to find a different location that won’t up charge me just for asking for my order to be corrected.

Fake food and poor service orange juice taste like water and meat has no flavor. And whatever the chicken nuggets are that’s you best bet but better off cooking at home. Oh they’ll mess your order up anyway or give you someone else’s instead. We really need to stop going here cause this ridiculous this service and this quality is unacceptable. Over worked employees and poor working conditions it’s sad. We hold the power.

Fast service. Employees were very helpful of my particular and special order needs. Food was prepared correctly .Restaurant was clean inside and outside. Landscaping looks good! They deserve 5 Stars… 2nd visit even better than my last. AAA+

Absolutely the worst experience at McDonald’s in Woodmere. The woman taking our order—her name was either Paris or Harris (not entirely sure)—was extremely rude and unprofessional. While we were placing our order, she made strange noises, mocked the way we spoke, and then repeated our order back in a sarcastic and disrespectful manner. This behavior was completely unacceptable, uncalled for, and embarrassing. Customers should never be treated this way. It was a shameful experience and reflects very poorly on the establishment.

I come here quite often since I work in the area. Usually there’s no problem and it’s pretty quick service. I understand that morning shift can be a little tiring… But I placed an order and I was in a rush to get to work so I didn’t check the bag right away.., I have pictures to follow but I ordered two McGriddles they only gave me one and they only gave me the bread. They didn’t give me anything else. You guys knew what you were doing. The person back there preparing this knew what they were doing if you’re not going to do your job right then just don’t do it at all. Stay home!

Rude workers, average wait time will be around 20 minutes even if you order ahead. Stear clear if you have anywhere to be the same day, don’t expect sauce.
