The food isn’t hot. The customer service wasn’t great, especially from the young man I encountered yesterday. I also want to know why are both bathrooms out of order for customers. It looks like someone wrote with a crayon to post notes up, yet you know staff is using them. If they are both truly messed up in some type of way, upper management needs to be contacted so that the issues can be fixed so that everyone can use the restrooms again.

Coke original taste fontain has 3 lines and all with diff tastes: right one with coke diet/zero, middle with diluted coke with middle carbonization, left one with-coke diluted with minimal carbonization . Head manager told me that they receive like this in kegs from Coca Cola and don’t touch anything and can do nothing , even not trying to fix problems!

Ms Ladrea (spelling?) behind front counter was on point I had a special order she listened and comprehended everything she did was 100% correct!! Ms Ladrea had to keep telling them we ordered a fish then she had to go to the back and show them where it was on the screen needless to say by the time we got it it was ice cold, replacement fish sandwich was just thrown together very sloppy wasn’t even all the way on the bun the tartar sauce was glopped in one spot The only thing we got that was hot was the fries that Ms Ladrea gave us.
The restrooms were disgusting especially for them having a door that a crew worker has to unlock to let you in. I think McDonald’s needs a new supervisor can we get Ms Ladrea off front counter and make her supervisor she stays calm among chaos and has a better comprehension of the spoken word
