I am so, so utterly sick of McDonald’s. Every single time I try to go to a McDonald’s in the Cleveland area, I have a terrible time. This is the first time I’ve been to this McDonald’s location. They asked me to pull up to the third window. I have been waiting here for ONE HOUR as I’ve watched 40 cars get their food behind me. I am still sitting here right now. My order was not complex – a couple plain cheeseburgers, some nuggets, fries, a bacon quarter pounder – pretty standard McDonald’s food – so what in God’s name could possibly be the reason for this? Look, I’m a patient man – a very patient man, actually – but an HOUR? Are you kidding me? I do not blame the employees. I know they work really hard. I blame the MANAGEMENT and I blame CORPORATE. You simply cannot let this happen. Absolutely unacceptable. I am sick and tired of having experiences like this EVERY time I try to eat McDonald’s. You need to change this.

Ice cream machine is down most of the time & the quality of the “frozen stuff” is not creamy like other McDonalds; it’s gritty. When I order extra mustard on cheeseburgers, they can’t comprehend that. They give me extra ketchup instead. I don’t understand.

Service was slow,lack of employees probably is the cause. Overall McDonald’s has slipped a lot in service,food quality and customer service.lmprovement is definitely needed. I hope it gets better in the future.

staff is rude. i’m missing sauce more than half of the time. i just pulled up to the drive through and after waiting for 30 minutes and getting to the cashier window the cashier was sitting on their phone. extremely ghetto

They are always messing up your order. They are extremely slow. They are more focused on the drive thru than the customers inside. I waited 20 mins for my food.

I ordered using Grubhub, and let me tell you, the Triple Cheeseburger smelled absolutely horrifying—definitely old meat. Also, it looked like they had smashed it on the ground in the store before putting it in the bag. Additionally, I ordered a McChicken with this order, and all I can say is that the cold 6-piece nuggets must be a substitute for the McChicken because that is what was in the bag instead. The fries were cold as well. I don’t know why I keep subjecting myself to this location’s mistakes, but despite consistently getting my orders wrong each and every time, I continued to order from them. However, after experiencing the horrendous smell of the Triple Cheeseburger, I believe this will be my last time ordering from this location.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE PAST 5PM. Every time I order past 5 pm (roughly), it seems they really short the online/doordash orders. I got the $28 Big Mac box and both the Big Macs came with a single hamburger patty. The cheeseburgers that came with the meal were also entirely wrong. Nothing was made to the add/remove requests, and there were FEW requests. I NEVER have this issue if I order around lunch. Unreal.
