The Truth
I went to the drive-through requesting two double cheeseburgers and a large Coke so you can imagine my surprise when I left the window and all I found were two single cheeseburgers and a Coke. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Johnny who clearly works customer service skills. Upon me telling him of the unfortunate incident, he decided to come back at me and are you the other end of the position. Now I know what I ordered, and if the person at the window had listened, they would have as well. Johnny had no idea what he was talking about, but he felt the need to sit there and go back-and-forth rather than try to resolve the discrepancy. He came across very snarky and self righteous, and offered me no solution or resolve, and just wanted to answer back-and-forth, not listening to what I say and trying to pick apart my words with incredible inaccuracy. I told him I will be contacting corporate and he showed almost no care. This is not who I want running by establishment.. I love a McDonald’s double cheeseburger, but I will have to go somewhere else. If you wanna let somebody else select what you eat for lunch or dinner I would have no problem going here, but I like to eat what I wanna eat not with Jonny thinks I should eat. I really hope he’s not the manager. I will not visit here again..

I come here every couple weeks after work for a quick bite to eat for me and my kiddos, The gentlemen that runs the windows after 9 pm has been incredibly rude twice now , but this time he proceeded to not say a word but shouted the F word to a coworker with the windows wide open wher my 3 year old can hear. Can’t even give you the sauce you ask for. We placed a drive up order because we had a car full of kids. Zero sauce in the bag. Doesn’t get more basic than that. Had to park and go in for the sauce.
Edit: Also they consistently short delivery orders. I mean every time something is missing. Makes a convenient idea very frustrating. Someone is always disappointed.

I was refused a hot coffee at 10:40 PM because “the machine had already been cleaned”. I don’t understand why I was even allowed to place the order, only to be offered an iced coffee instead. Why clean the machine before actual closing time? This isn’t the kind of customer service anyone should expect – or accept.
