The food came out quickly, and was very hot, very fresh, and very good.

Better than 99 percent of my hometown visits.

When mcd is all of the above… you realize how they got to where they are today.

Washroom didn’t have soap. Dryer wasn’t working. Staff wasn’t the friendliest which is understandable based on the location. Overall not the kind of McDonald I would go to when there are so many options around.

order took a while only for it to be half wrong, and while waiting a (homeless?) man harassed us into giving him money, which isn’t the mcdonalds fault obviously but it made things a lot more stressful for us when we had to KEEP sitting there while feeling unsafe. the manager(?) who helped us after was very nice though and made sure we got what we ordered

Pulled in at 10:55 AM with a car full of excited kids who were ready for breakfast. As we approached the speaker, we could hear the customer at the other order stand sounding frustrated because their breakfast wasn’t available. That wasn’t a good sign — and unfortunately, our experience was even worse.

We sat there with no response at all until 10:59, when someone finally came on to say they were “switching over to lunch,” and lunch would be a 10-minute wait. No apology, no explanation… just indifference. Extremely disappointing, especially since we clearly arrived during breakfast hours.

I pulled up to the window to speak with a manager, only to discover that the manager herself was on her cell phone, saying, “I gotta let you go, Mom,” sounding annoyed that she had to deal with me. On top of that, all six employees stopped what they were doing, staring at us like we were some kind of spectacle. The vibe was unprofessional and uncomfortable.

As a business owner myself, I would absolutely want to know if my entire staff — including the manager — was performing this poorly. This didn’t feel like an honest mistake or a miscommunication. It felt purposeful, and the employees genuinely seemed to enjoy the frustration of not one but two separate customers.

To top it off, the drive-thru window area was filthy — smudged, sticky, and obviously not cleaned in a long time.

Management on the phone, staff not working, zero customer service, and a dirty environment.
Truly disappointing experience.

Im not picky about my dining but I mean they coulda done better. Charges 2.29 to add bacon to a sandwich and I didnt get that bacon, a little upset. Also didnt have trays??? Dining room looks like they dont really wipe down, sweep, or mop it. Kinda loud.

Do you want to sit in the Drive-Thru lane for half an hour? No? Then you might want to eat somewhere else. Mobile order is the same. Hard pass on this location

Edit: I did reach out McDonald’s right away. Waiting on response. The order ended up being very wrong and cold on top of the wait. This location is always bad. Lesson learned this time.

Rude people working inside had a really bad experience. I ordered off the kiosk machine. The receipt didn’t print and it won’t let you add for well done on your hash brown so they get an attitude when you ask them if they can cook it well done and then all my sandwich. I had a sausage Mc griddle add bacon. They brought me bacon on it then when I asked to get the right sandwich they get mad at you and cop an attitude other than that the store was pretty clean.

I ordered on app at 6:08am Google says 6am open. Waited at drive thru for 10 mins. Pulled up to window that said they are not open till 7am. All lights are on, Menu board is lit. Now I want to cancel order and they said they can’t do anything. Now I know why this only has a 3 star review!! I asked for the 1-800 # and they won’t give it to me!!

Whoever counts nuggets needs remedial math courses. Got a daily double meal it comes with a 4 piece. I also got a 10 piece they only gave me a 6 piece. Lmfao I do feel bad for the good workers but these cleveland fast food joints are disappointing..

They make emergency workers pay to use the bathroom at this location. And the manager was sitting in her office doing nothing instead of helping during a rush and treated a door dash driver that barely spoke English like she was an inconvenience after ignoring her
