Quarter Pounder with cheese? What a joke this was. Cold, soggy fries and you guys forgot all the condiments that I ordered and was charged for. Ope, and they messed up the spicy Mccrispy I ordered too. Honestly just ridiculous. Screw you guys.

This wasn’t even from this McDonald’s I threw mine away. They barely gave me any fudge, then had the nerve to charge me 50¢ when I asked for more. The ice cream was sitting way below the rim like it was on a diet, and the funniest part? The manager came to the window to ask me for the 50¢ because the cashier was too embarrassed to say it out loud. That should’ve been the sign right there that the whole thing made no sense. How you short me on fudge and confidence? oh, and the manager Maria, I believe was spraying chemicals all around the food while I was at the window

I set myself up for this one! even with reading previous reviews, I decided to give them a chance, mainly because they had a play area for children. Man was I wrong .
To allow other mothers out there know, there is a play area, only open from 7am-7pm. In my opinion, it should stay open until the lobby closes. I drove 30 mins to go to this one, because for some reason there isn’t a whole lot of options for a McDonald’s out there anymore with play areas for children. Why? Idk.
Food wise, Trash! nothing was fresh, and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours.
Cleansiness, ok for a fast food joint.
The only good thing I can say is they were quick to get people there food, and they talked to customers in a respectful manner.

We come here frequently because my son is autistic and McDonald’s is his safe food. Today i went through the drive thru to order and got half a cup of coffee for my latte I asked about it and was told “its the machine not us ” and the drive thru window slammed in my face i came inside because they also didn’t give me my meal. Once inside the assistant manager was very helpful fixed the issue and got my food the manager however came at me so aggressively that it scared my child. I asked if she was the one who slammed the window in my face and she started to berate me. By the time we got the food it was cold I let my kids play for a bit to calm down because this manager had scared them with her behavior

The manager was yelling at the employees crazily! I waited 15 minutes just to order two sandwiches and while the young lady behind the cashier was waiting on manager to do something to access the machine she ignored her cashier for help and berated her employee for asking help. Food was good but the manager was rude to me and her employees

We had overall good experience, it was Sunday not busy at all. Food was fair, they have kids zone impressed. Very few McDonald gets 5 star, in my experience this is one of the stores.

the food here is always good whenever I order.. but this morning I was really upset with this service! firstly it was 10:37am when I arrived and breakfast was already shut down early which was annoying.. then I proceeded to place an oder through the app and I used a deal with a coffee order which gave me the choice of getting most of any of the coffees for $2 and I believed I didn’t click a large which was what I originally wanted! instead I received a small and one of the younger workers was really patient with me about my concern with that.. until this older short white lady with glasses came up and tried to basically finesse me saying that if I wanted to switch it out with a large I would have to pay the original price for the drink which was around $4 something.. but I had already used my $2 app deal so giving me a large wouldn’t have been any major difference! I feel she just wanted to control the situation by finessing me with charging me $ 2 extra dollars which I feel was really unnecessary especially considering those larges aren’t that large in size *>> via cups sizes!

Matt one of the directors was not worried about our serious concerns. He was being very disrespectful and not listening to feedback. He told me to not come back instead of fixing the issue at the store.
