Alone time ago when I live here I gave y’all 5 stars, I had to change my stars for this restaurant because I had the worst experience ever the girl went to the bathroom that what they said. I came thru the drive thru got to the speaker sat there for 3 mins I know cause I was going to work, I pulled around to the window saw no one pulled to the front of the store and people was at the inside register so I pulled back around sat for three more mins pulled to the window agin where they pass the food out blow my horn the girl came to the window I said is the drive thru open she said yeah, and said she was in the bathroom and closed the window I blow the horn again she sent a girl with braids to they me to pull around again I said why take my order here and she went and got the manager. The rest of the conversation with the manager was recorded

2025 an all time 1st, NO Burgers!!!! Claimed cooker was down, only selling chicken. lol
October: after months of improvement, this location has hit rock bottom. They’re short staffed, have attitudes, and frankly don’t care. My last 2 orders placed here, they got WRONG!!!

The drive through is extremely slow at this location. They kept having to ask me what I ordered when I got to the window to pickup my food. They definitely don’t have things together there. When I finally got my food, everything was off, the filet-o-fish patty was way off center. The mccrispy strips were like soggy and soft, not crunchy at all. Also the chicken meat was way overcooked and tough. The fries were soggy. The quarter pounder had bacon that was hard. Almost like dog treats hard, very hard to chew. I’m surprised this location is getting any business in the current condition that it’s in.

This the 2nd time i came this McDonald’s needs to be SHUT DOWN. My first experience I was waiting in line 12 mins after being skipped TWICE in the 2ND LANE. The car before me had the same problem I drove around to the window there was a woman she opened the window VERY RUDE and replied WHAT not how can I help you nothing TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service. A month later I tried again hoping and thinking there was a change today THE SYSTEM DOWN I asked how long she the system down this is ridiculous it should be a plan in place if this happens. Don’t worry ILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Placed a order on the app for my students for lunch time.once again… ordering from a app doesn’t speed up the process lol. The App said food was being made after i checked in on the app. but all they do is ignore the app orders, and finish there drive thru orders and took FOREVER TO COMPLETE my order!! I will never order here again. They just too slow! I waited about 15 minutes! It truly doesnt take that long. Seems like they purposely move slow. The whole reason to order on the app is to bypass waiting… and grab and go!!! well…your still going have to wait a while for your order still here. two thumbs down for speed!! And what makes bad, there wasn’t even nobody in the restaurant at this time. Just me and another lady waiting fir her online order too!

Yesterday I was craving some McDonald’s due to stores being closed on Christmas the day before. I ordered a spicy Mccrispy burger. The bun was burnt and dry, I bit into it and it was chunky and uncomfortably, felt like I could’ve lost a tooth.. Paid for mac sauce on the side but never received the sauce. The drink and fries were ok but the burger felt like it was made over night and thrown into the microwave.

Well me and my fiance stood there for 20 minutes waiting for somebody just to take our order and they prioritize the drive-thru and DoorDash before they do the inside customers so we walked up after a guy tried to come up and take her orders but the supervisor told him to go back toward the window and do the door dash and we was left there again it was a couple of line before us they’ve been there before who love this McDonald’s is notoriously slow and don’t pay attention to your inside customers beware when you go in

The lobby is closed with people inside- we pay for food and drinks and when we get to the second window we get told there is no ice in the building – ok cool (it’s 90 degrees today) – go to sip my (warm) sweet tea and it’s soured – I’m glad I wasted the rest of my lunch break complaining about it – that’s how mad I am
