Had the pleasure of meeting the owners (very nice people) one day and everything was running smoothly. Came in today, cashier had an attitude also took my order wrong. Upon waiting the cooks are in and out the kitchen, EVERYONE focused on delivery orders and drive thru while about 10 people were standing waiting. I waited 5 min just to get someone to fix my coffee and would of waited longer if I didnt yell, Again gave me the wrong order. Owners are great, staff is a joke.

Went through the drive through ordered 2 snackwraps a quarter pounder. Was told to pull around past the 3rd window. Ive been sitting here for 20+ minutes waiting for them to bring my food out. They didnt even give me a receipt after I paid so I cant go in and ask them about it.

Not sure what happened at this location over the past 6 months or so, but the service has taken a nose-dive. Long wait times, not many cars in line and still have numerous cars pulling off to the side waiting for their orders, and only running one speaker at a time.

every single time i’ve placed a mobile order for this location they “don’t get it” and i end up standing around for 20-30 minutes. same thing happened tonight and the short girl with dreads kept saying “i don’t see it on my screen” even after showing her the confirmation email and my receipt. she kept walking around and snickering rather than making the food i PAID FOR AND SHOWED PROOF OF. immature and unprofessional.

So today about 10:30 on Dec 25th 6-8 cars where in the drive thru windows. We all waited for about 10-15 mins for an employee to acknowledge us. No one did! So one lady in the window next to me got out to see what was going on. She came back to tell us that McDonalds has closed without warning! How inconsiderate that no employee came to let us know that they had closed. There were several door dash drivers who couldn’t pick up their orders. I understand that people don’t want to work & those that do are over worked. But to blatantly disrespect your customers is unacceptable. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

On May 10th 2024 at 8:09 pm. I came to this location with an app order for 2 Big Macs and they gave us the nastiest food with no presentation or taste. Since we could not eat the food due to it resembling something found in a 2 month old infants diaper. Disgusting! The fact that I had a coupon from an app for 2 Big Macs, was encouragement to give us food a dog should not eat, instead of preparing a decent order, they gave us food that was full of burnt broil left overs and meat that had sat for 2 hours in the heat. Looks like it came from the floor… Believe the reviews!

Always get cold unseasoned fries. Takes twice as long as any other location. They refused to give the franchisee information when we had a major issue. Go to the one further up on Lakeshore for a better experience.

ordered and paid for my food in drive thru. had to pull up behind 6 other cars and waited 15 minutes for good. they forgot my ice tea had to wait again. got home. two quarter pounders had no onions, no mustard and tasted dry and old. basically just plain awful. no more Mcd for us.

The literal worst McDonald’s in all of Ohio and it’s not even an exaggeration. Myself and my wife have given this particular McDonald’s way too many chances. We always get the same thing: dinner box with sweet and sour. EVERY single time they never get this right. The fries are always soggy and cold, if you ask for fresh fries you can’t get them unless they’re unsalted and even when you ask for them to be salted they won’t do it. Their prices are also higher than any other McDonald’s in lake county and it makes absolutely no sense. The staff is rude with what seemingly has no management structure whatsoever. Will never be returning. We’ve given this one way too many chances.
