It took a few times for me to write a review. This place treats large parts of my order as optional. They put most of my burgers in the wrapper in random order, buns last, ball it up and throw it in the bag from across the room. If I order 4 extra large fries and ask for ketchup, they promptly forget it and turn my drive thru order into a walk in order. Which is no biggie cuz I needed to come in and get the other half of my order anyways. After 5 minutes of waiting at the empty counter to be noticed I was asked if I needed something with the air of distain that showed the imposition I was. I explained that a lot of my order was missing and wanted it. With a look of disbelief and a little anger I was asked for the receipt I was never given. Which prompted her to go recover it from somewhere in Narnia. My order was filled with angst. But I did receive a packet of ketchup when I asked for it, and then 2 more when I asked for more. Had she been willing to give me one more Id have gotten 1 packet for each extra large order of fries. I will stick to frozen microwave cheeseburgers from cosco and airfrier fries. Cheeseburgers are bigger less wrecked, and frankly probably better for me. The fast, friendly, accuracy, and quality of service is so gone. Cant wait for any other fast food joint to come to town.

I’m working in the area currently coming from the Middlefield,Ohio area. I’ve visited this particular restaurant a couple of times. The food is excellent. What I treasure about McDonald’s is their quality of buns they use. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and the bun was so soft and tender. Love it

You can order a Diet Coke and they will ask you to pull up and wait. I’m not exaggerating. No matter what you order. You and every other car in line. Pull up and wait. The worse service I’ve ever seen.

I haven’t had McDonald’s in almost ten years, but I hadn’t eaten at yesterday morning or lunch and I drive from my hometown to see specialist due to a rare lung disease and I had to have labs fasting of course so I didn’t eat until after 3:30 yes I will say it’s was the best service ever. Things were new you do your order on a self checkout board which a young man yes a worker came and helped me with my order. I smiled and thanked him and he went back to work. Man everything was hot yes I see myself stopping there all the time when in Lakewood Ohio the staff was so awesome if I could I’d give them ten stars. Thank you McDonald’s in Lakewood Ohio see you all soon.❤️❤️❤️

Some of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Two bites was all it took. Grease was dripping off the sandwich, and the bun was completely soaked. Beyond disgusting. But at least the coke was cold. Had to get a refund it was that bad.
