Went into use my buy one get one free offer and was immediate met by a very nice friendly face behind the counter. The managers name was Yasshi and she went above and beyond her call of duty. I tried to get some ice water but the dispenser was empty, but she immediately asked if I wanted some ice and she brought me out a fresh cup of ice water. I ordered a double quarter pounder with extra everything and the cook, (Mark) made me the most perfect fresh juicy burger on the planet!!. These people definitely know what customer service is all about.

Although I’ve shared my experience with the manager, I definitely want to make it public! I’m impressed with the way this team works together to encourage each other during some of the busiest moments. I’ve witnessed calm voices, respectful language, and team support on numerous occasions. On one particular day, I remember observing an angry customer, a long drive-thru line, and a long line inside! Yet, there was one team member, who took the initiative to encourage the team by reminding them that they were getting closer to completing all of their orders. She then apologized to the angry customer, replaced the food item, and continued to encourage the team!

OK. So randomly they closed for maintenance. I placed an order ONLINE well before they even closed. I pulled in to the drive thru for my order and they refused to give it to me. I sat in the drive thru for 15 mins and no one even said that they were closed. Might I add..it wasn’t even 10 pm which it states on their sign they were closing!

Rude, forgot drinks so we had to ask for them, and kicked everyone out of the lobby the minute it closed. Have a big sign refusing to serve minors without someone over 25. Absolutely ridiculous and sad. Serving teens is just part of working a restaurant- coming from a fellow fast food employee. Mild inconvenience does not equal refusing to run a normal establishment. Total lack of decent service and competence. At least the food itself was decent, other than the way it wasn’t wrapped right or assembled well, and the soda syrup being turned way down to save money.

Staff had me pull up in front of building waiting for two happy meals and a hot coffee. After waiting 15 min and watching 10 cars behind me pull out. Worker comes out still missing items. Then to top it off he gives me a hot coffee with a straw and a soft drink lid on it .
So even after waiting I still couldn’t drink the coffee. Smh…

Newly remodeled store. Looks nice inside. Clean and quiet at the time I was there. Ordering and food preparation was pretty quick. Sandwich was made correctly and both of the employees who took my order and who delivered my order were polite and courteous.

I DoorDash here almost every day and every day I have to wait more than 10 minutes for a lousy order not one employee greet you when you’re walking in the door or even coming up to the counter not even the manager they just look at you!! Sad store and poor service people are more worried about being on their phones than taking care of customers and their orders!! The manager doesn’t even say anything to these people for being on their phones when it’s busy I hate coming to this store for DoorDash worst store ever!!!

Absolutely horrendous. Took about five minutes for them to answer the speaker once I pulled up to the drive-through. When I got to the window, the boy did not greet us or say anything for that matter.

Waited my entire hour long lunch break in the drive through line and still had to drive away before I ever got my food. I literally spent 45 minutes sitting in line and still never paid or got anything. There’s being busy and then there’s just being incompetent.
