By far the worst McDonald’s in the area. Drive through is always pull up and wait. 50/50 shot if they forget about you and your order. 30 minutes sitting in spot 6 waiting on food. Forgot about it, had to go in to be told our order was gone.

Service was great when I dined here with my family. I left my phone and a worker named Carrie called me to let me know. I tried to give her some money but she refused! I wish the management gives her a raise! This was on 8/13/2023. Honesty should be rewarded. Restaurant was clean and our orders were done fast and done correctly!

Quick service and food was prepared correctly! Landscaping looked great and the inside was neat and clean! Even though I tried to give the cashier a hard time she maintained her professionalism! Worth the 5 stars

It’s worth noting that the weekday morning staff is always great, rarely have any issues. If you stop in the evening or on the weekend though, expect to wait in line for awhile just to be told to pull into a parking spot and wait for your food over there, along with 3 or 4 other cars waiting. Also, expect at least 1 thing about your order to be incorrect. It’s typically young kids working this shift, and I think they just need better training and management.

I ordered a large fry today was given a medium by mistake. When I went through the line again to get a replacement Olivia (the manager) was so sweet and had such an amazing attitude. She got my order to me quickly and with a smile!! Ive never had such an amazing experience at McDonald’s before I will definitely be dining in soon!! I wish i could give all the stars in the world!! Thank you Olivia for being such a sweetheart!!

Absolutely garbage McDonald’s. If you walk in there, there is 20 people working drive through and nobody will look at the front counter. You will stand there until you speak up and get someone’s attention. Horrible rude children working there when you finally do get service. Then they forget items in the order. I don’t eat there personally but I’m a door dash driver and I’m always getting complaints that stuff is missing and their food is always late because nobody ever works on delivery orders.

Ordered in and they told me after 25 minutes of waiting they told me that they threw our food away and asked what I had, apperently they couldn’t recall the order on thier system either(which i know isn’t 100% truthful) (they didn’t give me a recipt either which complicated things further.) We could also hear the manager screaming at the employees while in there. I hope the place improves in the future but interactions like this turn me off from wanting to return.

Over $10 for a Crispy Chicken meal and the chicken was less than half the size of the bun. I basically ate bread. Fries were cold and the sandwich was soggy. Wanted to post pictures but can’t figure out how.

I am a DoorDash and UberEats driver. I attempted to pick up an order from this location on Andrews Rd on Sunday, June 11 2023, while there were 2 cars in the drive-thru. I accepted the order while I was a little over 5 minutes away from the store. As per the instructions in the UberEats driver app, I pulled into the designated Mobile Order Pickup parking spot and called the store with my customer’s order number, and provided the parking spot number I was in. The woman on the phone informed me she would bring the order out as soon as it was ready. This order was for a two-cheeseburger meal with a large coke, 4 ketchup packets, and a chocolate shake. Again, there were two cars in the drive-thru line at this time; it was at the tail-end of dinner shift around 7:30PM on a Sunday. I waited in the parking spot for 10 minutes and nobody came out with the food, so I rang the store again, and was told “We’re still bagging it up.” On the store’s UberEats tablet they can see how far away a driver is from the moment they accept the order, so I don’t understand why the order wasn’t ready; the cars that were in the drive-thru when I arrived were taken care of promptly and left. Meanwhile, the store did not communicate to me if there was a problem with this order, taking up valuable time when I could have been delivering other orders from other nearby restaurants where food is typically ready in a timely fashion. This gets under my skin, as communication costs the store nothing, but their lack of communication gets between me and the money I could be making to support my family. The McDonald’s location in Willoughby on Euclid Ave has never had this problem, they are quick and efficient. I believe they are not owned by the same franchisee, and it shows. If you are reading this as a delivery driver, I encourage you to decline any offers you receive to deliver food from the location on Andrews Rd; if you are a customer in the M-O-L area I encourage you to order from elsewhere. Any delivery driver worth their salt (the ones who have been doing it a few years as I have, who have the proper insulated bags to keep your food fresh, know the area to get your delivery completed quickly and communicate when necessary) will leave after waiting just a few minutes, and customers will wind up disappointed in two ways – by the lousy prep time presented by the restaurant, and by the novice drivers who are willing to wait long enough to get the orders. Hopefully this gets sorted out, but I won’t be able to follow up as there are too many other places around that have themselves sorted out.
