Classic, long-running fast-food chain known for its burgers & fries.
This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. None of the staff was wearing gloves or hair nets. I even saw a worker itch his nose then grab fries. We did have a large group, however, it took an hour for all of us to be served and the it was not worth it. My ice cream was had way full. Numbers weren’t called, just what was in the order. This made it so hard to know which order was who’s. The floor was disgusting and so was the bathroom.
Went through drive thru Friday, 6/10/2022 to pickup 3 separate mobile orders for the same car as family members have their own mobile app on each of their phones. Cashier asked for the order codes, I provided each code. She processed the 1st order, then the 2nd & 3rd orders, then asked me for the 1st code again. The 1st code was no longer available because the order was processed by the cashier after checking into the location from the app. We had to pull up the email confirmations to show the kid that we placed that order as she wasn’t going to give me the food. She knew we placed that order because the 1st bag was already ready with the exact contents that was ordered in order 1. Make sure that you screen shot your code. Post pandemic issues here because no one wants to work anymore!
Employees very rude, food was cold, buns were harder than a rock, blonde hair lady at drive threw ruder than anybody I’ve ever met young blonde haired male employee threw the change at me. Thanks guys you’re doing an excellant job in customer service
This McDonald’s is super disappointing. They are stingy on portions on purpose. Third time in a month the frappe has been filled just over half. They try to mask it by using the whipped cream to fill in the cup. Also fries are always underfilled and today they were cold and tasted stale. And when I say cold…I mean cold, not warm at all. I only gave 2 stars because there is never much wait….guess I know why. They definitely need new management at this location.
Went in the morning to get food for someone and staff was nice my food was ready really fast but I went back in the afternoon and had a girl give me an attitude because I forgot to mention I needed an extra sauce …..I was willing to pay for the sauce and I apologised but it was like the girl was mad because she had to ring it up
Meh, it’s McDonald’s, it’s never bad, but never as good as a burger fresh off the BBQ grill. …. It’s crazy how expensive it is these days, seriously, I could go to an actual restaurant and get a burger for about the same price.
I think my husband went there and brought me back some very hot food I love cheeseburgers and fries from there
The blond middle aged lady at the drive thru was appalling. I had asked my grandson if he wanted anything and the radio asked what I wanted. I ordered a fish sandwich, then asked her to hold a sec while I got my grandson’s answer. He said he didn’t want anything in about 2 second and I told the lady, nothing else, thank you. She told me the total, then said “Whatever.” When I got to the window, she practically threw the bag at me and had a snarl on her face. She should not be working with customers.
Typical McDonald’s visit. Nothing too crazy. Decent service and hot food so it’s good in my book.
I visited this location 10 months ago and my experience and this building as a whole still revisits me in my slumber and causes me existential dread. For the overpowering force this McDonald’s has over me I will be improving my rating from 3 stars to 4.
