This was the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had in 26 years. Somehow my order was made picture perfect. Everything was fresh fresh too. I don’t think I’ve actually been to a McDonald’s that cared this much. Staff is suuuper friendly. Store was nice and clean. The decorations inside are top notch. It gave it like a sit down restaurant feel 12/10 overall experience. Id highly, highly, recommend this McDonald’s over any other one in the area

Worst store policy ever. No two mobile orders from the same car near the only store that does that. It’s a money , hungry practice that only you participate in. So you’re telling me to get food at a decent price, not even a good price at decent price.I have to go around your drive through wait for food.That’s probably not going to be the right order.Go back around through for my second order.Meanwhile, we can’t eat at the same time or together.And nobody’s food is hot when they get to eat it.

I ordered my food my bf orders his on our apps go to drive though and they wont do 2 orders you have to drive through again. So we got one receipt when to pull back through.nBecause nobody was in line, it was snowing and cold.So we went back through, she said, you didn’t pick up your first order.You have to do that first.There is nobody in line.What difference did it make 12?That’s a frivolous rule that this shop only has only the shop.Can you not have two mobile orders from one car. They should lose their franchise with McDonald’s.Because they’re not a very friendly place to shop.I will never ever go there again because of the attitude of your little clerk. And because of your money hungry palace , if I wanted to spend double on my order , I’d order it all in one.

Upon ordering a double bacon quarter pounder with cheese meal via the mobile app at this location, I returned home to eat it. However, I discovered that I only received one patty. I took photographs and contacted the establishment, informing them of the situation. Despite my request for a replacement, they informed me that the customer could be lying and that I was left without a solution. The manager I spoke with, Ryan, displayed a lack of professionalism and showed no concern for the matter.
I requested the contact information of the general manager or franchise owner, but Ryan responded by advising me to find the information on my own and to refrain from disclosing the details of our conversation. At this point, I believe that as a customer, I have a valid right to seek legal action . This McDonald’s location is falsely advertising that a double quarter pounder includes two patties, which they did not provide. I paid for this meal, and I should not be expected to pay for an item that was not delivered as advertised.

Customer Service: They wouldn’t let me add a large Coke to my order at the drive thru order point. They said I would have to go around and go through the drive thru twice to add one of their highest margin items. Compare this to Starbucks when the first thing they ask is, would you like to add anything to your order?

Very efficient! Went for breakfast on Saturday just before Christmas. Line of cars around the building so I went in. From walking in the door to leaving was about 5 minutes.

I love this store. Staff has maintained their friendly mannerism since I worked with them from 2008-2012. I stop there regularly and on the occasion I don’t have fast service (pandemic issues) they are very apologetic and keep you updated on your order. The owners a really nice guy too.
