Ordered sausage burritos, hash browns, a coffee and a hot tea. It took over 10 mins to get the food. The food tray that they put the food on was dirty but did have a fresh paper liner.
They gave me a cup of hot water but no tea bag!! These are some basic things that they missed. They don’t seem very organized

As a fellow McDonald’s GM this place sucks. Fry’s are ice cold espically at night. Fries should be cook to order after a certain time into the night. If I have to wait 5 minutes for a “ fresh” mchicken it better be piping hot as it should be “ fresh” but also once again cold. Makes no sense. Service isn’t much Bette you shouldn’t be huffing and puffing after 1 thing let alone at all. The management at the store obviously doesn’t do much to help the cause either. Embarrassing to the McDonald’s that are actually consistent ALL DAY

Stopped in here on our way to Cleveland from Ontario to go watch the Bills play. We ended up having a nice chat with the new owners and they gifted us iced coffees for the rest of our journey !

Most unfriendly and rude customer service.. short blonde manager has zero customer service skills. So rude.. food is typically burned at least 3 out of 4 times… kinda why I don’t come to this location much anymore

The staff totally ignored the counter. Even when you use the kiosk, they serve all of the DT orders first before counter, so no, it’s not faster to use the kiosk per the sign on the counter. The girl making sandwiches was only using her hands, no tongs, so my wrappers were greasy. And then after spending $5 on my sausage egg mcmuffin, there was a large chunk missing and the edges of my muffin were hard, which the girl should have noticed all of that as she was literally handling all the food. No napkins or ketchup in the lobby. Very disappointing experience.

They messed up three things we ordered, we went back in cause they added cheese when we said no cheese for a double quarter pounder, and then gave us a plain hamburger instead to “fix” the mess up, which was another mess up. Our fries were both small instead of large, and they didnt add the lettuce and tomato on the sandwich I ordered as well

Only mcdonalds between new york and Indiana I’ve been where a mcdouble cost $4 (3.99) to be exact. Not only that but they charge you $5.25 for a large fry and this is what I get. Also I get to the window and no greeting or have a nice day after they hand you the food. I was a manager for a private owned mcdonalds for 4 years and our owner would have never went for that. This is ridiculous.
