Get a new night crew. Been in here for 25 min. Still no food. I counted 8 employees. I was the first of 4 people to order in the dinning room. If my buisness had 8 employees and there are longer than 4 min ticket times I would terminate the entire staff. Just start over. Thank got i had at least one thing fresh out of my bag.

I do not frequent this location often because it NEVER fails to disappoint. It is convenient on my way to work, but I will go out of my way for better quality. Drive Thru employees are great! Food absolutely horrible! EVERY time. This morning I gave it another try, hash brown was soaked in oil and practically raw. The oil soaked the package, the wrapper of the sandwich, and all of the napkins that were in the bag! The sandwich (sausage egg cheese mcgriddle) was half cooked. Even the egg! How does that happen? I only stop here for breakfast and I have NEVER been satisfied with the quality. I DO NOT recommend this location. You will see another less that 5 miles in any direction…go there!

We accidently happened upon this McDonalds because the Amherst location closed and canceled our order. So the next closest McDonalds was this location, and I will continue to go back to this location from now on. It was amazing. Ordered curbside and everything was correct, extremely hot and served with a smile! Every time we go the employees are great! Absolutely will continue with that location every time. Great job guys.

Order sausage burritos with hot picante sauce and a steak egg cheese bagel meal. Comes out no napkins no sauces and the bagel was a bacon one. Hash brown cold and fallen apart in pieces in wrapper. Only vehicle in drive through. How hard is it to get a small order like that right! Get that location together man! TERRIBLE

Just don’t! It was close to closing time, so there obviously was some lazy employees. I ordered on the app in enough time to get my order correct. I paid $10 for 4 nuggets and a large drink. Fries were so cold. Do better.

I bought a 10 piece nuggets to eat for my lunch the next day at work. The next day at work I go to reheat the 10 pc nuggets to find they only gave me 7, not the 10 that I bought. I called to tell them about their mistake and the person on their phone, claimed to be a manager then went on to ridicule my complaint. He could not care less. I’ll never go the McDonald’s on Broadway in Lorain (next to St. Rt. 2) ever again. Not that they care 1 bit. Just letting people know how lazy these McDonald’s workers and managers are.

this location is supposed to be 24 hours and yet every morning it refuses to take orders from 4am till 5am with a different excuse always. this morning I was asked to please hold only for her to come back several minutes later and be told they couldn’t take my order. absolutely ridiculous!

I ordered a McDouble and a double cheeseburger both of which are supposed to have onion, pickle, ketchup and mustard the first set of them it got had a tiny little bit of ketchup on them and that was it nothing else I called them and they said I could come get new ones and when I got there they acted like I didn’t call them eventually they gave me the food and they confirmed with me for everything on them and I left because I figured how could it be screwed up two times well they where screwed up again they had ketchup and mustard on them but still no pickle or onions at all. I don’t suggest going here ever!!

Typical McDonald’s located right off the highway.

EDIT; They remodeled and it it very nice inside!

BUT! I have dropped my review by one star because they play nothing but country music inside. Please, at least, give your playlist some variety. I will fix my review upon these changes.

Double Edit; it’s been months and they still only play country. Send help. Make it stop. Dropping review another star. Will change once the country music stops.

Third edit; THEY HAVE CHANGED THE MUSIC! Thank the Lord Jesus art it heaven. It’s a miracle. Adding 1 star back for this momentous occasion! I will add another star back if the music is still not country on my next visit!

Food is still good.
