This is absolutely the best mcdonalds in the area. They gave me 28 ketchup packets when I told them I loved their ketchup! The late 10pm staff yesterday night were very happy and thrilled to be there! They were honestly so nice (offered to throw away empty cups) and kind. Especially the workers in the windows 🙂 both the lady and gentleman deserve a raise! I WILL recommend others to go to this mcdonalds!

The first day I went there, they were busy, I went thru drive thru, ordered, paid, given drinks and sundae, told to pull forward. I did. Moments later given food, went over and parked, wrong food, walked in, exchanged for right food, thew out the bag I returned to them. With food shortages and limitations they throw out good food,I could have saved that wrong food and ate it later than throwing it out. Too much good food is thrown out by McDonald’s everywhere. It’s a sad shame, like they have no consciousness about it. There are hungry people in Elyria who would like a meal. The place is busy. I recall they didn’t have a good day that day.

It was a good visit went inside the service was good the wait time was good… everything isn’t always perfect and it’s fast food I’ve learned being patient helps the workers have a good day as well so don’t be a negative impact on what may already be a bad day!!!!

Drive through was slow. You could tell the Person working the pay window didn’t want to be there. Had to pull into a parking spot to wait for my food.

One again I go and wait a stupid amount of time after ordering. Pull up to the window and get a crabby little girl that don’t say hello have a great day nothing. Then when I get my food home I see I am missing 2 items. Like wth is up with this place? They had out free food vouchers like candy cus they know they screw up orders constantly. This was my final time at this location.

I’m done giving this place chances. Last week I went through the drive thru and ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese, hash brown and a medium orange juice. I had to repeat my order 5 times and then when I get to the window the guy tells me it’s over $9 for that. I did not understand how in the world it was that expensive because when he originally rang up a plain sausage biscuit, it was only 1.89. I said that cannot be right and he tells me that my sandwich alone is close to $5! Does a piece of cheese cost another $3??? I told him to never mind and drove away.

I haven’t been to McD’s in a loooong time, but my friend took me before we went on a long nature hike. Service was quick & efficient, fries, & burger were well cooked, well assembled, and surprisingly delicious!! Only problem we had was that the drive thru order box we drove up to ( one out of two ) was out. Nobody tried to take our order at it, but there was no line, so we switched to the other one and got thru in a flash.

I went inside to order food and waited 30 minutes to get my food. The girl in a blue shirt who I’m assuming is a manager, was sidetracked talking about getting off work soon that she dropped my daughters happy meal fry, picked it up and put it back to the fry area and then picked it back up and put it in the box and forgot the ranch too!!! She gave me someone else’s cheeseburgers with extra mayo and mustard when mine was supposed to have extra onions and pickles. Workers are busy having conversations rather than focus on making food the right way.

I don’t know if workers left the job. It’s less workers on the floor. Enough to run a shift but for some odd reason. For it not to be a crowd this morning, they were not doing well today. They forgot my apples,cranberries, and raisens for my oatmeal . They also were behind on orders and not checking the front for kiosk cash orders. Some things I get, it happens, but there was no excuse for the poor enthusiasm this morning. No proper getting or any engagement with customers, not even a simple good morning. Please do better, not a good look when you have multiple complaints trying to hold their composure within the lobby!
