I had to come up to the store 2 times in 2 orders due to missing items.
Worse part is the guy at the window gave attitude about it when the manager politely approved it over the phone.
I wanted to be like, “I wouldn’t have to be here picking up the food while the other food gets cold if you only did your job right the first time.” Instead I sat thank you as he hands me it and he simply mean mugs me…

Very rude manager stole money from me.
I ordered 4 double quarter pounder deluxe
I received 4 reg quarter pounder’s and when I called to get it corrected she claimed it was correct I used the buy one get one free promo and if the owner pulls up the recording from the mike he will clearly hear me say 2 double quarter pounder deluxe add crinkle pickle however the receipt doesn’t match what I ordered which means they changed my order at some point and didn’t tell me. Very unprofessional I will be requesting a refund or contacting who ever needs to be contacted

Waited in a curbside pick up spot for 30 minutes after checking in Ended up going through the drivethru at that point and the 2nd ordering lane was skipped 3 times. The person in front me ended up leaving the line and I had to ask for someone at the speaker. At the window the cashier said they’d get a manager at the next window. The manager never showed at the window and when I finally got my food the chicken nugget container in the happy meal I order was full of nothing but lettuce

I just left this location about an hour ago. I only ordered an iced coffee and iced mocha. They had no coffee. They had no solution. They also tried to give me an iced mocha with no whipped cream and drizzle because “They don’t make it like that anymore”. I’m disgusted with the service or lack there of.

This has to be the worst run McDonald’s that I have ever seen and that is saying a lot! It started off well enough with no line, one of the order kiosks was out of service but that didn’t hinder us. Placed the order for a family of 4 and paid almost $40 by 6:25PM. We struggle to find a clean table and the floor just feels greasy as we walk through the dining area. We find a relatively clean table near a door and wipe it off. The table right next to us has ketchup and crumbs all over it. Waited an eternity, saw some employees Just bouncing around looking busy while others hustled. Seemed like it was taking forever and I went back to the counter where someone that had only ordered a coffee was asking if they could get it. The manager comes out and asks that customer what she was doing there as she had called off for her shift. He sounded upset but barked a few orders and walked away. Meanwhile I am still waiting. This is 6:45. 20 minutes waiting for McDonald’s? 5 minutes later at 6:50 I received our dine-in order, the ticket on my Quarter Pounder says that it was made at 6:31. By 7 we were done and had left and I can assure you that we will never go to this McDonalds ever again as there are tons of better and quicker options within walking distance of this place.

Employees were too busy being loud and complaining about their manager. Fries were old and cold, burger wasn’t cooked all the way and was still pink. Shocked that the milkshake machine was actually working this time. Unprofessional group here that just kept complaining about not being treated good and saying that’s why customer service is going down hill.

I went in to order and there was a young guy yelling, obviously he couldn’t handle the drive thru. So I waited at the register and a young girl came to the register and just stares at me. No hlo, how can I help you or welcome to mcdonalds. After I stared at her back forcing her to interact she finally did. Not a great person who should be working with people.

Purchase two steak and egg sandwiches. Both were about 50% grizzle absolutely terrible quality. Definitely would never buy those again ever… They used to be good and now they cheap and barely edible… A Big Mac is barely a Big Mac…. there’s enough protein on it for my 10-year-old daughter… Definitely not enough for a man… their new chicken tenders on the other hand tastes like they’re from a sit-down restaurant… Impressive

I thought I was going to make a quick stop in for fries before my granddaughter’s dance lesson. It took longer than expected. I went inside to order, later determined was not a smart move. I saw first hand that there were plenty of employees. The person at the register took my order and then I waited while the person filling the fry orders was not approached to get my order until after I waited almost 5 min. I prompted the register person to get the fries because I was going to be late. I understand that there is a priority to get the drive thru people served, but the people inside shouldn’t be neglected. There was a lot of standing around and whispering without any urgency for quick service inside the store.

Wait times here can get pretty long during “rush” times and its one of the few local stores that arent 24 hour but otherwise it’s the food you would expect, the restaurant is clean, the counter staff are friendly.
