Had an issue w my mobile order. Ordered at one location, sent me there, didn’t have it sent me here they didn’t have it. I have no car and a sick kid at home so family went to pick it up for me. I had all the emails and bank charge proof. Not only did she honor my order after dealing with me calling and my frazzled family holding up everything at pre dinner rush, they had all my customized details and the food was hot. Ig wasn’t even her mess up to fix.. It was my last 30 and I couldn’t cancel or get any help. Its women like this who make their community better. She handled 50 different issues extremely gracefully and determinedly. Thank you. I didn’t get your name but its sat 2/7 at around 230-330 pm. Thank you for making my life so much easier today. Thank you so much. I don’t know what you’re paying her, but she needs a raise or a company perk bc she’s running the heck out of that store!!!!

It’s difficult to trust this restaurant to get orders right. I always make sure to check my food before leaving, even if it means holding up the drive-thru line. The restaurant praises its drive-thru times, so a longer wait will negatively impact their metrics and draw attention from corporate. I even went inside and ordered at the kiosk, and they still got my order wrong. How hard is it to correctly make a sandwich when you have a printed ticket?

What I ordered vs what I got. The food is just as disappointing as their prices. Seems nothing good comes out of this store. Food, and service seems to be a joke to the people that work here. How do you give someone a cup of iced milk when they order a hot coffee?

I have gone to this McDonald’s a few times and they have never stirred me wrong until this time. I bought some food for my siblings as well for myself and I specifically asked for a plain triple cheese burger and it came smashed, on top of that it had pickles, mustard and ketchup. At first I was pretty mad but I didn’t mind it, until I took a bite and tasted like it had been sitting there for more than 2 hours, it was soggy and wet. And trust me I’ve worked at fast joint before, I would never served a burger that had sat there for several minutes. They didn’t follow the instructions and they gave me a peice of slop. I wanted to eat a burger. Instead I ate nothing.

Car broke down In the area and stopped in as tires were getting fixed. Staff are amazing! I waited a while to order and while waiting didn’t make me or my family seem like we were a hassle waiting. Spoke to us every now and then to make sure we were okay! And as I was sitting down I just got to see the character of workers that are here and they are great. I’ve had odd experiences with McDonald’s in recent years so had to make a review stopping in. Dre helped & a few other people, mainly Dre. Extremely grateful for good customer service!

I usually stop here every morning for my breakfast and cup of coffee morning staff is usually friendly tyree and dre are definitely very pleasant staff members. However today they must have not been scheduled and I was greeted by another staff member who was not professional and very rude. I refused to put my order in and decided to go to taco bell. I never experienced this kind of disrespect at this particular location but today the staff member taking my order was on that kind of time. I hope she understands what goes into being a delightful member of McDonald’s and doesn’t treat everyone else the way she treated me today. I will continue to come here because other staff members have been great. But today I will eat taco bell.

update March 30th 2025 Drake is a blessing to this place ,because of him I went from a one star to a 4-star review if all of the staff could take a lesson from this young man this would be an amazing place to spend my time and money!
March 20th you pay $5 for a double cheeseburger and you’re going to get a nasty mess that will ruin your clothes and and your day. That was in the inside drive-thru line until I called them to tell them that they were not taking the orders from the inside drive-thru in which case they tried to tell me they were and I’m like no ma’am I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes
I waited over 30 mins for my pick up order, i have braces on both knees and am disabled so I got a chair and waited, although the app said the order was ready… after finally getting my order I go to walk out and the snotty girl putting the orders together really said to me YOU COULD AT LEAST PUT THE CHAIR BACK! My mind is blown ill drive the 2miles to the next mcds from now on…1/2/25

I live near this location, and I’ve stopped in a few times, and every time I do I remember why I usually drive out of my way to go to a different location. The service is always incredibly slow, everything takes forever. There’s always a line wrapped around the building not because they’re that busy, it’s because they can’t get food out in a timely manner. I’m posting this just after I left the lobby while waiting 20 minutes for my breakfast order, which was not ready.

Franchise owner or manager, you have problems with your staff. I don’t mind waiting a little bit if the store is busy during peak times, but this is a bit beyond excuse.

They didn’t put everything I ordered into the bag despite me being the only person there waiting on food and then when I had checked the bag and attempted to call them they have their phone shut off so you cannot get a hold of them and they are not ones to fix your order after you leave the establishment or no longer in front of their face and you have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes no matter what you order and it’s like that each and every single time so I tend to avoid going to this location and I would recommend everyone else avoiding to go to that location as well. If I could give zero stars I would I gave zero stars for food service and atmosphere but I had to give a minimum of one star in order to write this review.

If I could, I would give this location -10 stars. It doesn’t deserve to be called a McDonald’s. It’s not the franchise owners fault though, but the staff that are employed there. I went through the drive thru and ordered a quarter pounder meal, 20 piece and fries, and two other sandwiches. Literally left the drive thru window and looked in the bag and the quarter pounder was missing. Pulled around, parked and walked inside with my receipt within 30 seconds of leaving their window. Stood at the counter for almost a full minute before someone came to ask what I needed. I explained what the issue was and when asked for my receipt I handed them the one I grabbed, which by mistake I grabbed a different receipt which was my fault but the manager announced out loud with a sarcastic and demeaning voice that the person who handed you this receipt was an idiot because it was an Arby’s receipt. Feeling embarrassed I went out to the car grabbed the right one presented it back after waiting another minute for someone to come to the counter and finally got the quarter pounder which was then made incorrectly. At this point I had enough of the hassle and left. But this restaurant always takes too long, the wait times are longer than 20 minutes and they treat you like you are subhuman. They are not clean and constantly make food incorrectly. Again this is not the fault of the owners, but the people they have employed and need a rehaul of their staff.
