I order here quite frequently from DoorDash and there’s usually always something missing and then they want me to go pick it up. I just paid a big service fee from DoorDash. Why would I wanna go pick it up but this last order was the final straw. I did not get the fruit for my oatmeal which has happened Twice before. I ordered an apple pie and got a cherry pie. And like I said all the manager could tell me was come pick it up. It’s freezing cold outside. I paid a major fee to have the right stuff delivered to me and every single time there is at least one thing wrong or Missing. They do no quality control. It’s ridiculous. And then you get An insufficient refund from DoorDash if you’re lucky.

I normally only get an ice cream cone from McDonald’s but as I sat in the long line of cars waiting to order I thought a hot hamburger sounded good, first… hamburgers aren’t even listed on their menu board. 2nd, with a long line of cars (5) behind me, I sat at the menu board for a few minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I had to say Hello first. 3. what ever happened to hamburgers being a $1. mine was $2.06. 4. Someone at the window apologized for my wait time as they checked my bag and handed me my içe cream cone and hamburger. Needless to say I was shocked to get a hamburger with nothing on it. At least my dog liked it.
I’ll keep going to this McDonald’s but only for ice cream cones (as long as they don’t make ice milk cones with chunks of ice in them-yuck).

I door dashed myself breakfast and got two ordered, one of which I never actually ordered. Then when I started to drink my strawberry shake I noticed it tasted a bit off. I looked down at bottom of the cup and I saw gritty dark green floaties on the inside of the cup along with my milkshake. Almost got sick immediately and realizing it was mold, whoever is dispensing the milkshakes today did not clean the milkshake dispenser properly. I’ve worked in fast food I know what you have to clean and why, the nozzle for milkshake machines is one of them because they do collect mold. So tell me why in the hell do I have little floaties green particles in the bottom of my light pink shake? I would love to know.

I usually don’t review fast food stops but this one stood out to me. It’s pretty expansive for a McDonald’s, the people were very friendly, and the food tasted better than I’ve come to expect. Also had great 80s music. Sadly it was a stop on a road trip and not my local McDonald’s back home.

We got a dinner box at McDonald’s and I asked for 2 Hamburgers with NOTHING ON IT. When I opened the box, there were 2 regular cheeseburgers. I went inside and spoke to the manager, she said to the cooks we needed 2 Hamburgers PLAIN. When we got home, we received 2 hamburgers with No cheese, but with Pickles, Ketchup, and Onions. We were even reassured that they were Plain Hamburgers. I did not have enough time to go back and reconnect them the 2nd time, I’m allergic to Pickles and am Lactose Intolerant, so this is why I request specific things.
